Abstract

• Content management systems take the following forms:

• Module• A content module is a section of the web site, for example acollection of news articles, a FAQ section, etc. Some contentmanagement systems may also have other special types of modules, for example administration and system modules.

• Theme• A theme specifies the cosmetic appearance of every page of the web site, controlling properties such as the colors and thefonts.

• CMS modules serve most tasks in a document’s life cycle.Common modules are document creation/editing, transforming

Module Description

• REGISTRATION : Registration module is the first module of the project. It is used toregister the information about the user. The initial user has to fill in theregister form and get their username . User cannot enter into the webwithout registration. Existing user can enter the username and passwordand get in to the home page.

• LOGIN MASTER:

If Registered users want to login in this system by using this module.Login Master is validating specific user information like user name and

password. If user information has valid, he will continue to loginfurther works or other areas otherwise user will back to home.

• APPLICATION TRANSFORMATION:

Application Transformation is main module of this system. Theapplication transformation module allowed only administrator. Theobjective of CMS has been implemented in this module. If administrator need to change any information immediately when application running by

using application transformation module. Because administrator requirements are developed by setup formats. So Administrator will make

• POLL MODULE:

Poll module is used to conducting online survey. Allusers will post their poll for specific day question. The pollresult will be announced immediately when polling thequestion. Administrator will change the polling question day

by day.

• FEEDBACK:

Feedback module will collect users feedback about thesystem. Users feedback is very useful to change and improveour system. The feedback data will transferred toadministrator.

• ADMIN MODULE:

Administrator is only login in this module. He is

only responsible person for all changes in this portal. Hemanages all set of information and monitoring all activities.
