About Rayat Shikshan Sanstha Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Satara, founded by late Padmabhushan Dr. Karmveer Bhaurao Patil in 1919 is one of the leading educational institutes in South Asia. It runs 716 branches, including colleges, schools and hostels.
Rayat Shikshan Sanstha has been recognized as one of the best educational institutes and has been honored with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Best Educational Institute Award by the Government of India. It is well known for the education of the masses from the downtrodden sections and rural region. The moto of Rayat Shikshan Sanstha is "Education through Self Help", speaks volumes. It is perhaps the first institute which has started "Earn and Learn" scheme for economically poor students, since its inception (1919).
About the College Mahatma Phule Mahavidyalaya, Pimpri, Pune - 411017 established in 1983, is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It was accredited (Third Cycle) with 'A' Grade CGPA : 3.16 by NAAC in October 2017. Besides UG programmes such as B.A., B.Com, B.Sc. and B.B.A. (Computer Application), the college also runs PG programmes in Chemistry, Commerce, Marathi, Hindi, Economics, History and Geography. This year college also started B.Voc. degree course in Mass Communication sponsored by U.G.C. under National Skill Qualification Framework In addition to this, the college also runs 38 different skill oriented add-on courses.
About the Seminar Intellectual Property means the Property represented by product emanating from creativity of human mind, Intellect and creative idea. Intellectual Property is playing a vital role with the rapid pace of technological, scientific, educational artistic domain and medical innovation that we are witnessing today. It includes tangible and intangible creation of the human intellect like Copyrights, Patents, Trademark, Plagiarism and Publicity. IPR very broadly are rights granted to creators and owners of works that are results of human intellectual creativity. At present, IPR are regarded at source of national wealth and mark of an economic leadership in the context of global market scenario. The main objective of this seminar is to make participants familiar with IPR and Patent filling process which has gained a special importance for all the domain of socio-economic development. Thus, there is a need to create greater public awareness about the pivotal role of IPR in globalized knowledge economy.

Guidelines for Submission of full paper
The paper should be in English only and must not exceed 6,000 words. Book reviews must not exceed 600 words. Author should declare that she/he has not submitted the paper elsewhere for publication. The manuscript, which does not conform to the required format, may be rejected or returned for necessary revision before publication. Accepted papers will be published in ISBN book. The paper should be submitted in both hard and soft copy to the Conference Secretary, Dr. Pramod Botre.Font: Times new Roman with font size 12 following MLA style in MS-Word.
