Nowadays, the Gombaszg Summer Fest with almost a hundred years oldtradition is the largest festival of Slovakian Hungarians. The success of the

self-effort realized camp can be seen from the fact, that every 1 in 7of Hungarian university students visits this event.

The Gombaszg Summer Fest plays a huge role in the development of this minoritycommunity, and became one of the most preferred public life events, where public figures,artists, and all kind of scientists and experts are represented. For the lecturesand discussions are invited the most prominent personalities of the Slovakian andHungarian public and scientific life. The festival, as in the past 7 years, takes placein Krsnohorsk Podhradie - Krasznahorkavralja in the East-Slovakian Gemer region.This year the visitors will be expected with new sites, stages and more colrful events.
