3 4What do we do?
Buying a whole building.
We correct a building by ourselves first. How condition is it? How location is it? How can we remake is it? We do not buy a building that it is ready to rent for customers, because it is just expensive. We want to keep a money to improve a building and room which customers can live more confortable.
Making a design for a room and building.
After we buy a whole building, we start to make a design. We have a theme for each building how look and atmosphere it is. So we follow these design to make a room and building. We also can design a curtain and interior.

Rent
Making a room and building which we have designed.
After we designed a room and building, we make them by ourselves. We do not need carpenter and workman, because we can do by ourselves. Instead that we can spend a lots of money for a customer.
Renting a room which we have made for a customer.
Finally we rent these rooms for customers. We keep a lots of money without any help, so we can rent them much more cheaper. That is what we think it is the most important thing. Also after customers rent a room, we will fix and keep it when they have some problems.
What can we do?
Make a furniture.
Buy an apertment and remake it by ourselves. Choose some interior.
Keep our room and apertment cleanly.
Make a curtain and wallpaper.
