Ty chn ny to 1 hnh ch nht nm trn mt phng XY v bao quanh m hnh mc
tiu v chn n cho hnh Face Milling. Chui hnh ch nht hin th trong phn Chain
List.
Faces
Ty chn ny cho php bn xc nh hnh Face Milling bi ty chn Face. Nt Define to
related box cho php bn xc nh cc hnh mt mi vi hp thoi Select Faces hoc
chn hnh c xc nh t danh sch. Khi cc mt m hnh c chn, SolidCAM s

1. Chn 1 mp c chia s bi 2 mt m hnh. 2 mt cha mp c xc
nh v cc vng lp c t m. Vng lp c xc nh u tin c xem xt l
vng lp gc v c mu vng. Vng lp th 2 c mu xanh dng.
2. Chn 1 vng lp. Click vo 1 mp khc to mt. Bn s c nhc nhn chui
c t mu vng. Nhn nt Yes: 1 chui hnh khp kn c xc nh trn vng lp
ny, v vng lp th 2 b loi b.
Tnh lin kt: SolidCAM gi Tnh lin kt vi mp hoc i tng phc tho. Bt k
thay i no vi m hnh t ng cp nht hnh c chn.
Point to point
Ty chn ny cho php bn kt ni cc im xc nh, cc im ny c kt ni bi 1
ng thng.

Tnh lin kt: SolidCAM khng lin kt vi im c chn. SolidCAM lu ta X-,
Y- v Z- ca cc im c chn. bt k thay i no c to t m hnh hoc bn
phc tho s khng cp nht hnh c chn.
Bn khng th chn 1 im khng nm trn 1 i tng SolidWorks (nu bn
cn chn im ), thm b mt phng di m hnh v chn cc im trn b mt).
Cc quy tc sau p dng cho ng thng thc s bng cch s dng ty chn Point
to point:
khi bn chn 1 ng thng thc s gia 2 cnh bin. ng thng ny ging nh 1
l xo. Bt c khi no m hnh thay i v ng b ha, hnh hc c cp nht vi m
hnh.
Khi bn chn 1 chui ng thng, ch c cc im c kt ni vi cc cnh bin
m hnh v yu t phc tho c cp nht, nhng tt c cc im vn c nh to v
tr X, Y, Z c xc nh.

Ty chn ny cho php to 1 phn chui trn 1 cung n 1 im xc nh trn 1 cung.
Tnh lin kt: SolidCAM khng lin kt vi cc cung, im c chn. SolidCAM lu
ta X-, Y-, Z- ca cc im c chn. Bt k thay i no c to vi m hnh
hoc bn phc tho khng cp nht hnh c chn.
Cc ty chn Automatic selection
SolidCAM t ng xc nh i tng chui v ng bin dng chui. Ch Auto
select a ra cc ty chn sau:

u, hng ca chui v yu t m chui c to.
SolidCAM cho php bn chn mp m hnh, nh hoc i
tng phc tho xc nh chui cui.
Khi mc cui c chn, SolidCAM s xc nh chui da

Auto-constant Z hoc Auto-Delta Z). Kt thc la chn
chui khi ti mc cui c chn.

Auto-constant Z
Ty chn ny ch xc nh cc i tng trn cng mt phng XY vi i tng chui
c chn trc . Bn c nhc xc nh yu t chui k tip khi 2 i tng trn
cng Z-level kt ni vi chui. Dung sai h thng cho ty chn ny c thit lp trong
SolidCAM Settings.
Auto-Delta Z
Khi chn ty chn ny, bn c yu cu nhp gi tr chnh lch m v dng 1
positive v negative Z-deviation vo hp thoi Delta-Z . Ch cc i tng trong dy
c xc nh nh i tng k tip ca chui.

Trong bi tp ny, hnh hc phi c xc nh nh hnh. Du mi tn mu
th hin hng ca hnh hc.
Trong hot ng SolidCAM, hng hnh chui c s dng cho vic tnh
ton ng chy dao. Trong Profle milling, Dao di chuyn theo hng mc nh ca
hnh. Trong bi tp ny, s kt hp ca hng v hng ngc li ca vng quay dao
cho php bn thc hin phay thun.
Khi chn i tng chui u tin trn m hnh, SolidCAM xc nh im bt u ca
i tng c chn gn nht vi v tr c chn. Hng ca i tng chui u
tin c chn c xc nh t ng t im bt u cho v tr c chn.

Loi dao ny c s dng cho nh ngha phay gia cng tinh/th. Cc hnh dng dao

Topology, thit lp gi tr Diameter l 16.

12. Xc nh cc thng s Feed v Spin
Chuyn sang Data tab trong phn Tool ca hp thoi Profile
Operation.
Thit lp Spin rate (c s dng trong phay th) l 6000. Gi
tr Spin finish (c s dng trong pahy tinh) c thit lp t
ng l 6000.
kim Spin finish cho php bn xc nh cc gi tr khc nhau cho Spin rate
and Spin finish. Khi tick chn, chnh sa tng ng xut hin bn c th
chnh sa gi tr. Khi chn kim ny, gi tr Spin rate c s dng cho c gia
cng tinh v th.

Thit lp Feed XY (t l tin dao cho dch chuyn XY) l
1500 v Feed Z (t l tin dao cho dch chuyn Z) l 250.
Tick chn kim gn thng s Feed finish (t l tin dao
cho phay tinh) v t gi tr 1800.

tr khc nhau cho Feed XY v Feed finish. Khi tick chn, chnh sa tng ng xut

Chuyn sang trang Levels ca hp thoi Profile Operation.

Click nt Profile depth trong vng Milling levels. Xut hin hp thoi Pick Lower level.

Modify, chn ty chn Tool side.
Modify
Ty chn Tool side cho pho xc nh vt r dao lin quan n hnh.
Right dao ct cnh phi ca hnh tit din.
Left dao ct cnh tri ca hnh tit din.
Center tm dao di chuyn ln hnh tit din (phng pho b G4x c th c s
dng vi ty chn ny).

chnh sa ca hnh hc v chn chui hot ng (trong trng hp nhiu hnh chui).
Hnh chui ca tit din hin th trn m hnh vi hng chui th hin v 1 ng trn
th hin dao lin quan ti hnh hc.
Trong trng hp ny, ty chn Left mc nh p
ng yu cu ca climb milling. Click nt Geometry

Cc thng s Wall offset v Floor offset cho php bn xc nh lng d trn tng v
nn ca chi tit gia cng n khi gia cng tinh profile. cc dung sai ny c loi b vi
lt ct th trong hot ng Profile tng t hoc trong hot ng Profile b sung vi
dao khc.
Trong mc Offsets, thit lp Wall offset l 0.5. lng
d l 0.5 mm s bn tri bc tng ca m hnh
trong khi gia cng th. Lng d ny b loi b vi 1
