    nh v cc vng lp c t m. Vng lp c xc nh u tin c xem xt l

    vng lp gc v c mu vng. Vng lp th 2 c mu xanh dng.

    2. Chn 1 vng lp. Click vo 1 mp khc to mt. Bn s c nhc nhn chui

    c t mu vng. Nhn nt Yes: 1 chui hnh khp kn c xc nh trn vng lp

    ny, v vng lp th 2 b loi b.

    Tnh lin kt: SolidCAM gi Tnh lin kt vi mp hoc i tng phc tho. Bt k

    cng Z-level kt ni vi chui. Dung sai h thng cho ty chn ny c thit lp trong

    SolidCAM Settings.

    Auto-Delta Z

    Khi chn ty chn ny, bn c yu cu nhp gi tr chnh lch m v dng 1

    positive v negative Z-deviation vo hp thoi Delta-Z . Ch cc i tng trong dy

    c xc nh nh i tng k tip ca chui.

    Trong bi tp ny, hnh hc phi c xc nh nh hnh. Du mi tn mu

    th hin hng ca hnh hc.

    Trong hot ng SolidCAM, hng hnh chui c s dng cho vic tnh

    ton ng chy dao. Trong Profle milling, Dao di chuyn theo hng mc nh ca

    hnh. Trong bi tp ny, s kt hp ca hng v hng ngc li ca vng quay dao

    cho php bn thc hin phay thun.

    Khi chn i tng chui u tin trn m hnh, SolidCAM xc nh im bt u ca

    i tng c chn gn nht vi v tr c chn. Hng ca i tng chui u

    tin c chn c xc nh t ng t im bt u cho v tr c chn.

    Loi dao ny c s dng cho nh ngha phay gia cng tinh/th. Cc hnh dng dao

    v cc thng s c bn hin th nh sau:

    Click End Mill tool chn n cho chu trnh. Trong phn Tool parameter, di

    Topology, thit lp gi tr Diameter l 16.

    12. Xc nh cc thng s Feed v Spin

    Chuyn sang Data tab trong phn Tool ca hp thoi Profile

    Operation.

    Thit lp Spin rate (c s dng trong phay th) l 6000. Gi

    tr Spin finish (c s dng trong pahy tinh) c thit lp t

    ng l 6000.

    kim Spin finish cho php bn xc nh cc gi tr khc nhau cho Spin rate

    and Spin finish. Khi tick chn, chnh sa tng ng xut hin bn c th

    chnh sa gi tr. Khi chn kim ny, gi tr Spin rate c s dng cho c gia

    cng tinh v th.
