Step 1: Face up the Keybo then press and hold

the power button (the arrow) as picture mention.

Do not cover the motion sensor with your fingers.

Step 2: The surface which Keybo is placed must

square is clear.

Step 2: Select "Connect to Serafim Keybo" to

enter piano mode.

3.7 Power Bank

3.7.1 About The Power Bank

Keybo provides a capacity of 2000mAh

battery which able to charge up to approximately

30 percent power of a 3000mAh mobile phone.

The built-in battery provides limited power to

your device; therefore use it to charge tablet is

not recommended.

5. Troubleshooting

1. I cannot switch my projection language by press

"Fn+L".

The "Fn + L" function only belongs to bilingual

Keybo. (e.g .: English + Japanese).

2. I cannot switch my phone's input language.

You can switch phone's input language by pressing

"Caps" in Apple's product or use the following

combination for Android system.

3. Why is Keybo's projection start breathing?

Keybo will enter breathing mode to save power

if not use for a while. Press any key to exit the

breathing mode.

4. How do I know that Keybo has finished

charging?

Keybo will turn off both LED indicators as the

sign of fully charged.

5. Key acting like it's stuck; keys failure,

malfunction; bad sensing of "Fn" Key?

Please check is there anything block the key, or

restart the Keybo with motion detector towards


to an open area. (See section 3.2) Due to the

physical light limitation, the corner Fn key

will have slightly less sensing than keys at the

centre.

6. Key has been triggered before I pressed.

Keybo's sensing system senses 1 mm above the desk surface. Therefore, some key will trigger before you pressed.

7. Is it possible to change hotkey setting, so I can press "Play" without "Fn"?

The current projection keyboard settings are based on the traditional Windows keyboard. Keybo has yet provided custom hotkey function.

8. iPad shows "Not Charging" when using Keybo's Power Bank Function.

The "Not Charging" message on iPad indicates that Keybo is in Power Bank Slow charging

mode. Your iPad is still charging.

9. The projection "Enter" does not send out my

message in "LINE" App.

Please change LINE's setting:

10. My Keybo is fully charged, but when I use

Keybo's Power Bank function on my tablet, both

LED indicates Low Battery Warning light. Why

is that?

Keybo will adjust its LED indicator according

to the total power of all devices. Meaning, the


total power of keybo's battery plus the total

power of the inserted device. Keybo is still able

to charge your device but only provides limited

power

11. Can I charge both Keybo and phone at the same

time by plug-in side USB and turn on Keybo's

power bank mode?

The side USB charging function is disabled in

Power Bank mode and Keybo will only operate in

slow charging mode if the side USB is plug-in. It

is not recommended to connect side USB while in

Power Bank mode.

12. My phone takes time to enter Power Bank mode.

Each manufacturer has its own charging protocol.

To minimize the affecting of keyboard projection,

Keybo needs to spend a little time to detect

whether your device is inserted.

13. Why is full speed charge mode only enabling

when the total power is higher than 75%?

The Power Bank function is designed for purposes

of emergency use without affecting projection

function. Therefore the 75% limited is set.

6. Safety Notes

1. Please avoid using under direct sunlight or

heat.

2. In case of abnormal heat, smoke or burning

smel l generation, p lease s top us ing

immediately, improper use may result in fire

or any unexpected accidence.

3. Excessive force or impact on the product may

cause damage to the product and void the

warranty.

4. To best extend product lifetime, the use of

contained Micro USB cable is recommended.

5. Never attempt to disassemble, modify and or

repair the product by yourself.

6. This product contains Class I laser product,

associated with FDA safety certification by

the United States of America.

7. For your safety, please do not aim the laser

projection or the invisible infrared light to

human eyes.

8. Please keep the product's sensor away from

direct low-color temperature lightings, such

as halogen and incandescent lamp.

9. Avoid placing any objects in the space

between Keybo and the laser projection

image.


10. Please avoid using the product on a

transparent or reflective surface such as

glass or mirror, as well as an uneven surface.

11. The charging time of the battery may

vary depending on the environment and

temperature.

12. Even thought Serafim Keybo has shown it

had been fully charged, the embedded battery

may not be charged to 100%.

13. Notice the risk of malfunction if used in an

environment with drastic temperature change,

high humidity or high-pressure environment.

14. A battery has embedded in the product with

that has limited charge cycles. The battery

life will decrease over time.

3.7 行動電源3.7.1 規格

Keybo 內建 3.7V 2000mAh 電池，在電池處於滿電狀態及不影響投影鍵盤正常運作之下，可以幫手機充滿 1000mAh的電量，換算成 3000 mAh 電量的手機，可以充滿百分之 30 的電量。

另外，因為 Keybo 內建電池容量較小，能提供的電量有限，並不建議拿Keybo 來充平板電腦。

5. 疑難排解

1. 按下“Fn+L”無法切換投影語系？

“Fn+L”的功能只屬於購買雙語系鍵盤（e.g.：中文＋日文）的 Keybo 才能使用。

2. Keybo 沒辦法切換輸入的語言 ?

所輸入的語言和手機使用的輸入法有關，Apple 系列產品是按“Caps”做切換，Android 系統的產品由於輸入法眾多，使用者可嘗試以下組合切換：

3. Keybo 投射後會一閃一滅 ?

當一段時間沒有使用 Keybo 會進入呼吸省電狀態。省電模式下只要按下任意按鍵，Keybo 就會回復到一般模式。

4. 充電完成沒有提示 ?

在關機充電時，Keybo 指示燈會顯示雙紅燈，當電池充飽電時，燈號會熄滅即為充飽電時的提示方式。

5. 按鍵會飄，會連發；按鍵失效沒有作動；Fn 按鍵感應不良？

請確認是否有東西遮擋到了按鍵，或是

請將 Keybo 面向空曠處重新啟動。因為Fn 鍵在角落的關係，感應會比中心位置的按鍵略差一點，並非商品有瑕疵。

6. 按鍵還沒按下就已經觸發？

由於 Keybo 感測系統是在桌面上方約１mm 的位置進行感測，所以部分按鍵會發生沒按到桌面就觸發的情形。

7. 觀看影片時，可否更改設定，不用加Fn 就可按 play ？

目前投影鍵盤的設定是依照傳統Windows 鍵盤，需要按下 Fn ＋ play，故目前暫時沒有提供不按 Fn 即可 play的功能。

8. iPad 使用行動電源功能時，裝置顯示“未充電”？

雖顯示“未充電”但其實 Keybo 正在提供慢速充電模式，是有在進行充電的。

9. 使用 Keybo 時，Line App 輸入完按投影的 Enter 沒有辦法直接傳送訊息呢？

請至 Line 裡的設定做更改：

10. Keybo 電量完全充滿並接上平板後，Keybo 卻出現電量低的閃爍紅燈警告？

Keybo 的電池容量小，在跟其他充電裝置連接後會依照其他裝置的電量做燈號的調整，Keybo 依然可以幫您的裝置充電，但能提供的電量有限。

11. 插入側邊 USB 並且 Keybo 在行動電源模式下，手機跟 Keybo 卻越充越沒電？

行動電源模式下側邊 USB 充電功能是關閉的，並且 Keybo 只會開啟行動電源的慢速充電模式，不建議在側邊 USB 連接的情況下使用 Keybo 行動電源功能。

12. 手機插上去後過很久 Keybo 才進入行動電源模式？

各家手機廠商的充電模式不同，在不影響虛擬投影鍵盤功能的情況下，Keybo需要花一點時間偵測你的裝置是否有插入。

13. 為什麼 AC 全速充電模式只有電量高於 75% 時會啟用？

Keybo 電量有限，因此行動電源功能在設計時以不影響 Keybo 虛擬投影鍵盤功

能的情況下以應急為目的，才有此限制。

2. 若產品使用於溫度急劇變化的場所，

則存在故障的風險。

3. 過度用力或撞擊本產品可能會導致產

品損壞且導致保固失效。

4. 為確保安全並防止損壞，請使用本產

品提供的 Micro USB 連接線。

5. 請勿嘗試拆卸或自行維修本產品，如

此做可能導致觸電且造成保固失效。
