RACC Habitat for Humanity Committee Meeting 21st Annual Habitat for Humanity Golf Tournament
October 30, 2014 Post Tournament Meeting
Those in attendance: Gitta Barth, Michael Barth, Dallas Cerny, Marvia Korol, Jessica McClellan,
Bonnie Rosenberger, Amanda Rowthorn, Debbie Scott & Rose Strawn from Habitat. Meeting
called to order at 4:00PM at RACC by Chair Debbie Scott
GREAT SUCCESS FOR 2014 - $18,811
o 2013 - $15,593 2012 - $11,300 2011 - $ 9,700
Comments / Feedback on this year –
o Registration table needs a spreadsheet with all fees on it to check off
o Music was a great addition
o Give away drawing is too long – Need todraw tickets earlier and post
o Possibly printing all brochures in the beginning – will get quote
o Beverage Carts – NO LIQUOR due to Southern Woods not having a
public liquor license. Need to make sure all have coolers to bring.
o Use more social media to advertise
o Go to Brokers office to talk it up
Looking forward to the 22nd Annual Golf Tournament - October 2015
o We will use the same Golf Course – Southern Woods
Major Sponsor – All sponsors get a tee sign & $300 and above can have a
banner at tournament
o Advertise this in December to Business Partners
o $2,500 - Platinum Sponsor logo on the front and receives 2 golf teams
o $1,000 – Major Sponsor logo on the front and receive 1 golf team
o $ 600 - Corporate Sponsor inside on the top of logo page & 1 golf team
o $300 – Food (4 of these) Can Work the food tent
o $300 - Beverage Sponsors (4 of these) Drives cart with drinks
Golf Towels (currently for three years CCBG ) & Goodie Bags by Insurance Den
o Advertise both of these in December to our Business Partners
o Hole-n-One – Will be offered to one of our car company sponsors
Fundraising Goal for 2015 - $20,000!!
