With support from our instructors and the

very best of equipment - cardiovascular,

resistance, freeweights and powerplate

equipment - youll get the best from your

workout. Instructors are on hand to advise

and support you through your training. We

can develop a fi tness programme for you

which will regularly be reviewed at no extra

cost. There is also a Junior gym for 11-16

year olds.

Children under eight must be accompanied

by a responsible person (16+) on a maximum

of two children to one adult basis.

Public swimming session child admission policy

Children who are within the age category listed below must be supervised at all

times when in the pool:

Children under four must be accompanied by a responsible person on a one to one basis.

Children between four and seven must be accompanied by a responsible person on amaximum of two children to one adult basis.

Family swimming session child admission policy

Children who are within the age category listed below must be supervised at all

times when in the pool:

Children under eight must be accompanied by a responsible person on a maximum of two

children to one adult basis.

Please note: a responsible person is deemed to

be an adult over 16.

Initiative

Children 16 and under and

adults aged 60+ are entitled to

free swimming at certain times,

as part of the Welsh GovernmentsFree Swimming Initiative
