Under Hang Zhou Qing Yun Holding Group, Hang Zhou sunrize Spandex Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in developing and manufacturing spandex products. It locates in Xiao Shan district, Hang Zhou city, near by one of China biggest textile markets —— China light industry and textile City. sunrize has 320 employees. The factory covers 25 acres of land. Registered capital is 70 millions RMB (about 10 millions USD). Total of assets is 590 millions RMB (about 90 millions USD).

The company started up in 2003. It has an annual output of 14,000 tons of spandex with 3 production phases. The phase 4 expansion project of 8,000 ton of special spandex has been commenced on.

The company has a R&D center with highly qualified talents in spandex industry including US Ph.D’s. The company has been named as a National High and New Techno-logy Enterprise in 2010. 5% of our annual sales revenue has been fed back to R&D for new technology and new products development. The company owns 6 patents and number of self-developed intellectual property.

Sunrize Spandex

Our product—— “sunrize” brand spandex is high quality elastic filament. It not only has high elasticity， recovering power and high uniformity, but also has properties of high tenacity, high elongation and excellent durability. Our products are well favored by customers since it was put on the market since 2004. To satisfy customers various needs, “sunrize” brand filament has full range of products from 20D to 1120D in two luster of “semi-dull” and “clear”. The products can be applied in warp knitting, weft knitting and weaving in forms of bare yarn or covered yarn. The fabrics containing “sunrize” spandex can be widely used for its great elasticity in garments, including sportswear, underwear and healthy care. “sunrize” spandex helps to improve the fabric’s dressing functions and for its value adding.

1996 Established Hangzhou QingYun Group. The Group now includes spandex, chemical raw materials, machinery and logistic businesses.

2002 Established Hangzhou sunrize Spandex Co. Ltd. which is the 1st spandex manufacturing company in Hangzhou area.

2003 Started up sunrize Spandex production Phase 1 and 2 of total capacity of 6,000tons/year.

2004 Started up sunrize Spandex production Phase 3 of total capacity of 6,000tons/year.

2007 Awarded as the National Torch Program High Technology Enterprise. 2008 R&D department formed.2009 Obtained 6 national patents Established Donghua University – sunrize Spandex Co. Graduate Student

Training & Technology Innovation Center.2010 Completed Phase 1, 2 and 3 upgrading. Commercialized new products for

CK, WK and heavy denier markets. Awarded as the National High Technology Enterprise. 2011 Phase 3 line 7 started up with new spinning technology.2013 Phase 4 start up (8,000t/yr).
