04 Phuket wedding

條款及細則1. 婚期及婚禮場地一經預訂，客人需在５個工作天內繳付婚禮套餐金額（連所需/暫定機票酒店）的50%作訂金，本公司才會正式向酒店確認客人所 需婚期及場地。客人亦須於婚禮前2 個月繳付套餐餘下的 50%，方可確保婚期（套餐內的機票/酒店價目需按航空公司機位及酒店訂房情況再作確 定)，否則本公司恕不保證提供客人所需服務。 Wedding date and venue will only be held tentatively for 5 days. 50% of the wedding package shall be paid within 5 days for confirmation (including the estimated airfares and accommodations). Remaining 50% of the wedding package is due 2 months prior the wedding date (airfare and accommodation prices are subject to final confirmation). Otherwise, reservations of service cannot be guaranteed.

2. 就單張指定日期外之婚期，由於機票價目及級別尚未確定，50%的訂金可暫以現時單張的基本價目計算。如有機票價目表更新，客人需補回機票 差價（如適用）。

50% down payment shall be based on the estimated airfare on our brochure in case airlines have yet to launch the airfare and the booking class code on your marriage date. Client is required to pay for the updated airfare differentials if applicable.

3. 如欲入住非指定房種/酒店、提升機票級別或延長住宿，以安運婚旅專員報價為準。 Please contact our wedding specialist for quotation of any changes of the room category, upgrade to higher cabin class and / or extension.

4. 所有機票一經發出，屬於同一個航空公司訂位紀錄 (PNR) 內的任何一位客人的機票都不得取消、更改名字、出發日期或目的地。After flight tickets issuance, no cancellation, change of name, departure/returm date and route of flight reserved under the same Airline passenger name record (PNR) for any travelers.

5. 婚禮/攝影套餐均不可轉換其他服務或予他人使用。 Pre-wedding photo and / or wedding packages are non-transferable.

6. 於指定日期出發須依照旺季套餐價目。如有任何更改(如婚期、時間及地點)均有機會被收取機票、住宿和/或套餐內已包服務的差額。 High season surcharge is applicable on the specified high season date of departure. Differentials on airfare, accommodation and/or services included in the package may apply in changing the wedding (e.g. date, time slot or venue).

7. 以上價錢不包括香港機場保安稅、香港飛機乘客離境稅、當地機場離境稅、燃油附加費（所有稅項及燃油附加費均以出票時為準）、簽証費 及綜合旅遊保險費用。

Wedding packages are excluding Hong Kong Airport Security charge, Air Passenger Departure Tax, local departure taxes, fuel surcharge (all taxes and fuel surcharge are subject at time of ticketing), visa application fee and travel insurance.

8. 建議所有婚禮於婚期前最少60天預訂。 Strongly recommend to book your wedding no less than 60 days prior the wedding date.

9. 取消婚禮政策：若客人需取消由婚禮公司及本公司提供的婚禮套餐和附加服務等事項，必需於婚禮/婚攝日期91日前以書面通知本公司。本公司 會在7個工作天內以電話/電郵向客人確認取消事項，取消婚禮套餐和附加服務等事項之訂金將不獲退回。如客人於婚禮/婚攝日期90日内取消由婚 禮公司及本公司提供的婚禮套餐和附加服務等事項，本公司亦會在7個工作天內以電話/電郵向客人確認取消事項，取消婚禮套餐和附加服務等事 項之所有已付款項將不獲退回。

Cancellation must be informed in writing to Wincastle Travel no less than 91 days prior to the wedding date. Cancellation will be reconfirmed on phone/by email within 7 working days and down payment(s) is non-refundable.If cancellation is informed in writing to Wincastle Travel less than 91 days prior to the wedding date, cancellation will be reconfirmed on phone/by email within 7 working days and all payment(s) is non-refundable.

10. 客人請自備內衣、鞋襪以及一切配飾。婚紗及禮服亦需自行攜帶前往當地。 Client is responsible to carry all personal clothing, shoes, accessories and wedding gown locally.

11.新娘如對化妝及頭髮造型有特別要求, 須於預訂婚禮時告知本公司婚旅專員。亦建議新人自備化妝及髮型造型照，以及飾物以作參考。新 娘如屬敏感皮膚，應於化妝前告知化妝師及自備慣用化妝及卸妝用品，化妝師將盡力配合新人要求。

Please let us know if you have any needs and special requests regarding make up & hair do, we also recommend to bring your ideal make up & hair sample photos to make up artist. You are responsible to inform us in advance if have allergy or sensitively skin type and bring along your personal make up, cleanser and skin products.

12.婚禮/婚攝套餐均不包括卸妝及拆除髮型服務。Wedding and / or pre-wedding photo packages are excluding removing make up & hair services.

13.所婚禮及婚攝套餐所包時間不包括換衫時間。相片/影片拍攝時間均預設，客人不能自行調動。Time of clothes changing is excluded from the duration of all wedding and pre-wedding photo shooting packages. Video / photo shooting time is scheduled ; client＇s own rearrangement of shooting schedule is not allowed.

14.本公司及有關服務供應商對準新人及婚禮在場人士之任何意外、風險問題(婚禮前後和過程)將無需承擔任何責任。本公司及香港旅遊業議會建議旅客出發前務必購買適合自己的旅遊保險。

Wincastle Travel (HK) Ltd. & vendors have no responsibility to clients, participants and third parties for any of accident injury, death, and emergency/unknown risk during the whole journey. The Company and Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong strongly suggest all clients and guests to purchase travel insurance that meets their needs before departure.

條款及細則15.如遇天災（如地震、颱風、海嘯等)、外遊警示、白事、意外、疾病或任何不能預測的人為因素(如罷工、航機取消或延誤、宵禁、暴動、戰 爭或火災等)而須變更預定婚禮事宜，安運婚旅專員會盡量安排您於提出變更預定後12個月內在當地/其他地點進行1次補拍/補辦婚禮。如補 拍/補辦婚禮日期的機票、住宿和/或所有已訂服務的價目不同，客人或需補回更改機票、住宿和/或所有已訂的服務的差價（如適用)。 Shall the natural disaster (e.g. earthquake, typhoon, tsunami etc), outbound travel alert, funeral, accident, illness or in any events of force majeure (e.g. strike, flight cancel and / or delay, curfew, civil commotion, war, fire etc), which causes the client to change the pre-wedding photo and / or wedding plans, our wedding specialist shall provide possible assistance to re-coordinate and reschedule one-time pre-wedding photo shoot and / or wedding for the client within 12 months after the acknowledgement of change and client shall pay the updated differentials on airfare, accommodation and/or reserved services if applicable.

16.如客人未持有有效入境簽證、旅遊證件、於出境或入境時被海關或有關政府部門拒絕出境/入境，本公司概不負責及不會退還任何費用。The company is not responsible and shall not refund in case client is travelling without a valid visa or travel documents, refusal of entry or leaving by Hong Kong or local government.

17.婚禮儀式以英語進行、並無宗教儀式、儀式中頒發的紀念婚書並沒有法律效力。Wedding ceremony is non-legal, non-religious and English speaking.

18.如客人欲於當地進行合法註冊, 本公司婚旅專員將提供報價。準新人同時需提交以下文件之副本作申請之用：1) 護照、2) 出世紙、3) 香 港身份證、4) 無結婚紀錄證明書、5) 離婚證明（如適用） 6) 改名契（如適用）; 所有證明文件必須為英文。如非香港特區護照持有人 （ 如英國或 BNO 護照持有人） 或需付額外文件申請費。準新人須確定一切合法婚禮所需文件齊備，如未能在申請限期前提交所有文件至本公 司、註冊時不能提供所需文件正本、註冊當日缺席或遲到而被當地政府拒絕簽發結婚證書，本公司恕不負責及所有款項將不獲退還。

Please contact our wedding specialist for the quotation of legal wedding if required. Bridal couple must provide the follow-ing copies for application of legal marriage: 1) Passport, 2) Birth Certificate, 3) HK Identity Card, 4) Certificate of Absence of Marriage Record, 5) Divorce Agreement (if applicable), 6) Deed Poll (if applicable); all documentations must in English. Additional cost may apply for Non HKSAR Passport Holder (e.g. British or BNO Passport Holder). Both of you must be submitted all copies of the above mentioned documentations. The company is not responsible and would not refund if client is failed to submit any of the abovementioned documentations before the application or translation deadline, failed to submit any original documentations during the registration, absence or late for the registration, which causes the local government rejecting to issue the marriage certificate.

19.本公司持有閣下的個人資料均被保密處理。任何相關人士/機構如需按照個人資料以提供服務（如有關政府部門、銀行、婚禮供應商及當地接待公司等），本公司有權向上述人士披露該等資料。Your personal data collected by the Company shall be kept confidential but where disclosure is necessary for the following servicing partners: associate governmental or statutory authorities, bank, wedding vendors and other local coordinators etc, to provide services based on personal data.

20.除本公司許可，婚禮期間嚴禁於教堂範圍內外或酒店婚禮場地自行安排攝錄、攝影、演奏、餐飲、花卉佈置、進行灑紙碎、花瓣或放花炮等 。

Client＇s own arrangements of video / photo shooting, musician, food & beverage, floral decoration, bridal shower and / or confetti gun etc is not allowed during the wedding ceremony at the venue.

21.安運旅遊有限公司保留修改婚禮或婚攝套餐價目條款及細則之權利而毋需事先通知。Wincastle Travel (HK) Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and the price for pre-wedding photo/wedding packages without prior notice.

22.條款及細則之中英文版本如有任何差異，一概以英文版作準。The English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of terms and conditions.
