Dan’s clients include institutional and corporate owners, as well as local developers and private individuals. He consistently maintains a listing footprint of over two million square-feet, with property sizes ranging from small strip centers to large, multi-box power centers. Averaging over seventy-five transactions per year, Dan has negotiated over $350,000,000 in commercial sales and leasing transactions since joining Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. He is consistently ranked as one of Las Vegas’ top producing brokers, and closed the largest sale transaction in the Las Vegas office in 2014. Although a resident of Las Vegas for seventeen years, Dan is a deep-rooted native of Tennessee and often “bleeds orange and white” with other passionate University of Tennessee fans.
