IBM hat jetzt das Storwize-Modell

IBM V7000 Generation 3

herausgebracht.

Leitungsmäßig ist es unterhalb der seit August 2018 lieferbaren IBM 9100 angesiedelt, jedoch von der Leistung x-fach höher als die bisherige V7000 Generation 2.

Im Gegensatz zur IBM 9100 und IBM A9000 kann die V7000 Gen. 3 als reines Flash-System aber auch als Hybrid-System eingesetzt werden.
