Lifetime Tennis would like to offer the opportunity to travel with our

team to the 2015 Toowoomba Age Championships.

The tour will depart on Friday the 21st of August and return on the

Sunday 23rd of August approximately 1.5 hours after last match.

2015 TOOWOOMBA AGE CHAMPIONSHIPS Departure Date – 21/08/15 from Ipswich Grammar after school. 4pm Leave Time. Return Date – 23/08/15 – Approximately 1.5 hours after last match *players will contact parents* Accommodation – TBA Coaching Staff – IGS Head Coach – Leon Frost Meals – Breakfast will be provided on this tour. Entries Close – Saturday 8th of August 2015 Tour Entry Close – Tuesday 11th of August Event Date – Saturday 22nd and 23rd of August – departing on the 21st.

IGS MEMBERS PRICE Full Tour – $145

Price includes all travel, accommodation, (breakfast only), coaching and player supervision.

Please provide some pocket money for lunches, dinners and misc.

IMPORTANT: To enter the tour players need to enter the tournaments online before the close dates

TOUR TERM AND CONDITIONS Please read through the following information relating to LifeTime Tournament Tours. You

must agree to the below to participate on our tours.

1. Refunds will be made available for coaching and support if we are given at least 48hrs notice.

Accommodation money will not be refunded as we have committed and paid for rooms in advance

based on your enrolment.

2. It is expected that players behave in a respectful and appropriate manner while on tour.

Players will be sent home at additional expense to the players if any of the following occurs:

Drug/Alcohol Use, inappropriate relationships between players and or displays of affection,

Mistreatment of equipment or accommodation.

3. Players are to stay at the tournament venue during the day unless agreed to by the supervisor

4. No boys in girls rooms and vice versa unless coaching staff present.

5. Players are to be respectful to members on the tour and their coaches.

6. All fees must be paid prior the commencement of the tour.
