Welcome to
Dermatopathology is a specialty that needs a philosophical way
of thinking while approaching a slide. It is amazing how cells can
artfully create your vision of a most likely diagnosis.
Another exciting field, in rather a different way, is
aesthetics. It is astounding how science can formulate beauty with
the aid of light-based technology and injectables, only if used in
a proper way.
Even though they might look different, I find many
correspond-ences between these two areas, not just being sections
of the same specialty. They share both enormous challenge and
conceptual art.
DIAD comprises the challenge and art of definite diagnosis,
while DIAL entertains the challenge and art of favorable
treat-ment.
I think of them as the most enchanting duet in the field of
dermatology. Bringing them together is an attainment, as are many
missions in the extraordinary city of Dubai.

Not only a breathtaking city, a dynamic business center, and a
tourist paradise; Dubai has exceeded all expectations to set a
whole new standard of distinction.
“Winning” Expo 2020 showed that dreams can be turned into
reality through enterprise and passion.
“Victory” is evidently attained as Dubai became a brand of
luxury and fulfillments. Glancing at any spot of the city;
impres-sive achievements captivate your mind and fascinate your
soul.
“Love” is the melting pot that serves as a second home for a
blend of nationalities i n this rich culture.
HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, Vice President, Prime Minister of
the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, introduced an innova-tive logo
symbolizing the trademark of his nation's success. Three-fingered
salute, Win, Victory and Love. In a statement, he said: “Dubai will
bring to life our vision: Connecting Minds, Creating the
Future.”
