Anästhesie: Paravertebralblock LMA + Spontanatmung Anästhesie: Paravertebralblock, LMA + Spontanatmung
o Paravertebrablockade (T2, T3): 0,2 ml/kg Bupivacain 0,25%
o Induktion: 0,5 µg/kg Fentanyl, 2-3 mg/kg Propofol
o 100 mg Diclofenac rectal
o O2/N2O/Sevofluran 2-3%, ggf. 0,05 mg Morphin i.v.
o Postoperativ: Bupivacain 0,25% für 48 h oder Morphin-PCA
OP: Ablatio mammae ± Axilladissektion Follow up: 32 5 Monate
