Industrijska Zona 1 (Tehnopark)Inđija, Srbija

Industrijska zona Tradeunikue nalazi se u okruženju Indjija (2 km od CBD) - u blizini autoputa Beograd -Novi Sad (E-75, koridor 10). Jedan deo zemlje izlazi na severozapadni deo Inđijske obilaznice (od regionalnog puta R-102 prema putu M22-2 sa visokim prioritetom). U blizini lokacije nalazi se dokaz arheološkog iskopavanja - "Besadinski drum - Krcevice".

Površina parcele: 602.711 m2. Raspoloživa površina: 80% (480.000 m2 u slučaju razvoja jedne priče). U industrijskoj zoni 1 u Inđiji moguće je formiranje proizvodnih usluga i komercijalnih objekata.

Sprovedeno je konceptualno rešenje za podelu zemljišta (25 parcela) sa mogućnošću izgradnje objekata i infrastrukture. Obezbeđeno je snabdevanje električnom energijom, vodom i gasom. Trenutno se priprema novi projekat razvoja infrastrukture.

Industrial Zone 1 (Technopark)- Indija, SerbiaTradeunique industrial zone is located in the belt surround-ing Indjija (2 km from CBD area)- nearby freeway Bel-grade-Novi Sad (E-75, corridor 10). One section of the land exits on north-western part of the Indjija’s bypass (from the regional road R-102 towards the high priority M22-2 road). In the vicinity of the site, there is an evidence of archeolog-ical excavation – “Besadinski drum – Krcevice”.

Lot area: 602,711 sq m. Available area: 80% (480,000 sq m in case of one story development). Within the industri-al zone 1 in Indjija, the formation of product-services and commercial facilities is possible.

A conceptual solution to dividing land (25 plots) with a pos-sibility of construction of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out. Electricity, water and gas supply are pro-vided. At the moment, the new infrastructure development project is being prepared.

Industrijska Zona 2 - InđijaNalazi se 2 km od centra Inđije, u blizini autoputa E-75 (Koridor 10). Lokacija je okružena jednim glavnim putem i dva lokalna puta. Površina parcele: 150.000 m2

Nova zgrada veličine 3.523 m2, visine 9,6-16 m, može se koristiti kao hala za proizvodnju i skladištenje. U okviru ostatka ovog područja postoji mogućnost izgradnje od 100.000 m2 do 120.000 m2.

Industrijske zone Šimanovci - 1, 2, 3

1 - Odvojene parcele: od 2,5 ha do 6 ha, ukupne površine od 400.000 m2, koje se nalaze 15 km od aerodroma Beograd, u blizini autoputa Beograd - Zagreb.2 - Ukupna površina: 32 ha. Nalazi se na autoputu Beograd - Zagreb, 17 km od Beograda. Svrha zemljišta: u ovom trenutku se zemljište planira u poljoprivredne svrhe, ali se u postupku premešta u industrijsku zonu. Ovo je jedan od budućih projekata kompanije.3 - Površina parcele je 2.2 ha. Izgradnja može početi u roku od mesec dana. Za realizaciju proizvodnog programa može se izgraditi 15.000 m2.

Industrial Zone Simanovci - 1, 2, 3

1 - Separated lots: from 2,5 ha to 6 ha, which have a total area of 400,000 sq m, located 15 km from Belgrade Airport, in the vicinity of the motorway Belgrade - Za-greb.2 - Total area: 32 ha. It is located on the motorway Bel-grade - Zagreb,17 km from Belgrade. The purpose of the land: at the moment the land is planned for agricultural purposes, however it is in the procedure to be trans-ferred into industrial zone. This is one of the company’s future projects.3 - Lot area is 2.2 ha. Construction can start within a month. 15,000 m2 can be built for the realization of the production program.

Industrial Zone 2 - IndjijaIt is located 2 km from the center of Indjija, in the vicin-ity of the E-75 motorway (Corridor 10). The location is surrounded with one main road and two local roads. Lot area: 150.000 sq m

There is a new building of 3.523 sq m, 9,6-16 m high, and it can be used like production and storage facility hall. Within the rest of this area there is a possibility to build from 100,000 sq m to 120,000 sq m.
