1. RESUMEN

MIECF 2012 (MACAO)

Del 29 al 31 de marzo el equipo de ASEES estuvo presente en el Pabellón Europeo del

Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition donde tuvimos la

oportunidad de entrar en contacto con representantes y expertos de los ámbitos del

medioambiente y la sostenibilidad, así como de conocer las últimas novedades y

tendencias del sector en Asia.

Durante los 3 días de feria se firmaron más de 35 documentos de cooperación

relacionados con tecnología sostenible, reciclaje, eficiencia energética, vehículos

eléctricos y eco-turismo, entre otros.

MIECF 2012 (MACAU)

From the 29th to the 31st of March, ASEES had a booth in the European Pavilion of the

Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition. We had the

opportunity to contact decision makers and experts of the environment and sustainability

fields. We also exchanged our knowledge related to the sector’s recent development and

trends with representatives from various countries.

During the 3 days the fair lasted 35 cooperation documents were signed, all related to

the sectors of environmental technology, waste recovery and recycling, energy

conservation projects, electric vehicles and eco-tourism.

2012 年 3 月 29-31 日，ASEES 在澳门国际环保合作发展论坛及展览的欧洲馆设立摊

位参展。展会上，我们有幸接触到在环保和可持续发展领域中的决策者和专家们。

同时，我们与不同国家的代表们交流了这一领域中的最近发展，了解行业动态。在

持续三天的展会里，35 个合作性文件已签订。文件涵括环保技术，废物回收及循环

再造，节约能源项目，电动汽车和生态旅游等领域。

2. LA FERIA

La Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition (MIECF) es un

evento anual de promoción de soluciones para un futuro bajo en carbono y un desarrollo

urbano sostenible. Esta feria esta activamente promovida por el Gobierno de la Región

Administrativa Especial de Macao (Macao SAR), y representa una oportunidad

estratégica para fomentar el intercambio comercial, de tecnología y de información a la

vez que contribuye a la cooperación dentro de la región del Delta del Río Perla, en el sur

de China y en los mercados internacionales.

La MIECF cuenta con el apoyo especial del National Development and Reform

Commission y del Ministry of Environmental Protection de la República Popular de China.

MIECF también está co-organizada por los gobiernos provinciales y regionales de la

región del Delta del Río Perla, es decir, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi,

Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan y Hong Kong. El fuerte apoyo de los gobiernos

provinciales ha ofrecido a la MIECF los cementos para establecerse como la plataforma

de negocios referente, tal y como lo demuestran las cifras de crecimiento continuo en

cuanto a visitantes.

3. EL “GREEN SHOWCASE”

El Green Showcase es el componente más importante de la MIECF, en la que se

presentan una amplia gama de productos a lo largo de un importante número de

expositores. Los visitantes pueden recoger información actualizada sobre el estado del

arte en cuanto a eficiencia energética, energías renovables, construcción sostenible,

transporte sostenible, soluciones de gestión de residuos y agua u otros servicios

relacionados. Durante los dos primeros días, la feria se permaneció a puerta cerrada, de

modo que los asistentes tenían un perfil más especializado. Contrariamente, durante el

sábado 31 la feria abrió sus puertas al público general, con lo que el número de

asistentes se vio incrementado.

Dentro de la feria, los expositores se agruparon por regiones: Delta del Río Perla, Unión

Europea, EE.UU. y el Pabellón Internacional. A su vez, existía una zona especial con

empresas líderes en sus respectivos sectores. El equipo de ASEES montó el mostrador

dentro del pabellón de la Unión Europea.

Durante esta edición de la feria MIECF, la asociación ASEES colaboró con la empresa

española ASG (Automation System Group) representando sus servicios y intereses. Para

ello, dispuso de material corporativo en el expositor, atendió a los visitantes interesados y

realizó visitas al resto de expositores que consideró que podían ser estratégicos. Para

todas aquellos entidades que pueden ser de interés, se rellenaron fichas con la

información de contacto y algunas anotaciones.

Durante la feria hubo una destacada presencia de empresas focalizadas en el desarrollo

de vehículos eléctricos. De entre todas ellas, desde ASEES se prestó una especial

atención a las empresas de Guangdong BYD Co., Ltd. y Shenzhen Wuzhoulong Motors

Co. Ltd. Ambas empresas son referencia dentro del sector de la automoción, y en

especial dentro de los vehículos eléctricos. A estas empresas se les presentó la

asociación, así como el catálogo de servicios de ASG.

BYD es una de las empresas más importantes del mundo en cuanto a la fabricación de

Ni.Cd y de Li para móviles, construyó durante el pasado año la batería para red eléctrica

con mayor capacidad en el mundo, y está muy comprometida con el vehículo eléctrico.

Mantiene acuerdos con otras empresas de automoción internacionales, como por

ejemplo un MOU con Daimler. Dentro de su gama de productos, ofrece tanto turismos,

como vehículos para el transporte público.

Por su parte, Wuzhoulong Motors es también una gran empresa. Su sede se localiza en

Shenzhen, y su actividad se centra en la producción de autobuses, tanto eléctricos como

híbridos, con células de combustible o con combustibles convencionales.

4. EL “GREEN FORUM”

El Green Forum ofreció la oportunidad a los visitantes de asistir a numerosas

conferencias a cargo de destacadas personalidades del tópico a discutir. El tema

principal de este ciclo de conferencias fue "Green Economy – New Engine For Growth".

Frente a la rápida urbanización y la amenaza del cambio climático, es esencial avanzar

hacia un futuro bajo en carbono y hacia un desarrollo de las ciudades más sostenible.

Esta premisa tiene un especial interés en la región del Delta del Río Perla por sus 450

millones de habitantes.

Durante esta edición de la MIECF se trataron aspectos relacionados con:

Construcción Sostenible.

Energías Renovables.

Transporte eléctrico.

Financiación, Inversión y gestión de riesgos.

Eficiencia Energética.

A continuación se mencionan los aspectos más destacados de algunas de las

conferencias a las que asistió ASEES.

4.1. Green Finance and Green Investment / Risk Management

Conferenciantes:

Ms. Pauline Chong, Director Asociado, Clean Energy Project & Export Finance,

Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Yi Zhongge, vice Secretario General, China Association for Small & Medium

Commercial Enterprises.

Mr. Sean Kidney, Cofundador, Climate Bonds Initiative.

Dr. Tao Ren, European Investment Bank Group, Global Energy Efficiency and

Renewable Energy Fund.

Mr. Jan Napiorkowski, analista sénior de riesgos, MunichRE

Conferencia:

Se identificaron diferentes vías de financiamiento en el ámbito de la eficiencia energética,

las energías renovables y el medio ambiente utilizando instrumentos financieros

innovadores.

Mr. Yi Zhongge destacó las dificultades de pequeñas y medianas empresas para obtener

financiación en China y comentó la necesidad de establecer bancos más especializados y

centrados en PYME’s para dar solución a la situación actual. Por su parte, Mr. Sean

Kidney hizo hincapié en la importancia de los Climate Bonds como herramientas de gran

utilidad en las inversiones focalizadas en la reducción de emisiones. Dr. Tao Ren, del

GEEREF (Global Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Fund) explicó los beneficios de

los distintos programas de inversión del BEI (Banco Europeo de Inversiones) y en especial

de este fondo en concreto. Por último, Mr. Jan Napiorkowski destacó la importancia de

las aseguradoras como entidades externas que permiten una mayor seguridad en las

inversiones.

4.2. A Reachable Sustainable Future And Lessons Learned From

Developed Countries

Conferencia:

Partiendo del desarrollo de los transportes y el aumento de la población urbana como

símbolos del desarrollo económico, las palabras de Mr. Zijdeveld invitaban a reflexionar

sobre las soluciones tecnológicas más adecuadas en la sociedad de los próximos años.

La sostenibilidad se constituye como un factor cada vez más importante a tener en

cuenta, tanto en países industrializados como emergentes, y un uso más racional de los

recursos se presenta como una de las claves.

Distintos representantes de la zona del Delta del Río de la Perla exploraron los medios

para mejorar las condiciones de las industrias de protección del medio ambiente, con el

objetivo de acelerar el desarrollo estratégico de diversificación de tecnologías

industriales y promover la transformación industrial hacia un modelo más sostenible en

la región. Con este propósito, representantes de diferentes asociaciones relevantes de la

zona del delta dieron su opinión respecto al contexto actual.

5. EL “GREEN MATCHING”

El Green Matching fue una de las herramientas que la feria puso a disposición de los

expositores con el objetivo de facilitar el encuentro entre empresas. A lo largo de estos

encuentros ASEES se presentó a distintas entidades a la vez que promovió la actividad de

ASG.

A lo largo de las jornadas de los días 29 y 30, ASEES participó en el Green Matching con

encuentros con las siguientes empresas:
