For example An organization that does not deploy a Complaint Management

System may not be encouraging enough socialization between the customer and the service provider. This results in a loss in customer knowledge and weakens the organization’s ability to understand the customers’ needs. The organization may be doing considerable data analysis on customer needs (e.g. customer surveys), which supports combination, but fail to create in-depth knowledge of the customer since they have not deployed practices that promote socialization.
