Ⅶ. PR活動報告-1（PR活動概要）

出展者募集時出展者募集時

本事業に関しては様々なシーンでパブリシティ手法を用いた。政府が推進する輸出促進事業という観点から、限られた費用の中で出来るだけ多くの関係者に知らせるために、一般紙/誌・業界紙/誌等での、本事業に関する記事化作業を、次の通り実施した（掲載記事クリッピングはP37以降を参照）。

出展出展者者確定時確定時

本事業の当社での受託の決定を受けたのち、早速、専用Webサイトの制作にあたり、その完成と同時に「受託の発表と出展企業の募集」のための記事化作業を実施。

出展企業が確定し、各出展者の情報が整理された段階で、米国にて水産業界紙・誌を中心に、「日本政府がIBSSに初出展する」旨のリリースを配信した。しかし、情報量とタイミングが十分ではなく、残念ながら掲載には至らなかった。年末年始にかかる前位のタイミングかつ、各社の素材で作る料理アイデアなどの情報が整理されていれば、クリスマスや年始の家族団らん時にお薦め料理のひとつとして捉えられ、記事化されたかもしれない。

IBSSIBSS開催直前開催直前

IBSS開催直前には、会期中2日目（2月25日）に実施する「プレス試食会」に関する情報をアラート的に配信した。このアラートに関しては、プレス試食会の内容をはじめ、招待者情報などが非常に細かく記載されており、ワイヤーサービスサイトなどへの書き込み分を含め、数件掲載された。

会期中はパビリオン内にて下記の体制でプロモート及びプレス対応にあたった。また2日目にあたる2月25日は開場前の1時間を使って隣接するホテルの会議室にてプレス試食会を開催した（詳細についてはP27を参照）。

IBSSIBSS終了後終了後

日本パビリオンでの商談成果などをまとめ、水産関係の業界誌中心に関係情報の掲載促進活動を実施した。また再委託先の豊田通商のアメリカ法人の担当者の連絡先を掲載し、事後の問い合わせに対応する体制を整えた。

その他その他

事務局として日本国内で出展者決定のリリースは行っていないが、専用サイトで地元企業の出展を知った宮城県の地元新聞が報じるなど、輸出促進事業そのものの運営に対する理解獲得に繋がったと思われる。

事後パブリシティに向けた活動 展示会場でのプレス対応 ブースでのプロモート活動

1.画像素材カメラマンを使って、事後パブリシティ獲得のため画像素材を撮影した。

2. 映像素材ビデオジャーナリストを使い、映像素材を手配。ローカルテレビ、フードチャンネルへ持ち込む。

共有スペース内にプレスデスクを設置。

米国人スタッフ1名を配置し、取材や撮影申込の対応を担当した。

●来場者にパンフレット及びレシピブック等を入れた「おいしいエコバッグ」を配布
