The following is an important message As part of our continued effort to maintain the highest security standards and align with industry best practices, the TLS 1.0 encryption protocol will be disabled Why is disabling TLS 1.0 important: The US government’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) issued a recommendation that all organizations migrate their online properties to the updated TLS protocol, version 1.1 or 1.2, to ensure a safe and secure operating environment for users. As a result of this update, older internet browsers which are inherently insecure and do not support the newer TLS 1.1 and 1.2 protocols will no longer be able to access websites which have been updated. Click here for more detail on the NIST recommendation. How this change will impact users:

Users who still use Internet Explorer 7 or lower will no longer be able to access the website.

Users who access the site with Internet Explorer 8, 9, or 10 will now be required to have TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 enabled in their browser.

Users who access the site on computers which are still running Windows XP or Vista will no longer be able to access, regardless of the version of Internet Explorer they are using.
