Dear ISPS Board Members Dear Brothers and Sisters

    ISPS the way forward together

We offer our deepest Pranam to our dear Mother who out of her compassion and love revealed Her

Swarupa as the Mother of the Universe to her children. May Shri Ganesha make our heart pure andmay every good intention be auspicious and fruitful.

We are writing this communication to the Sangha because many parents and also Yogis who do not

have children at ISPS have addressed us The World Foundation (Shri Mataji bestowed the remit of

education on the WF) for clarification and advice about the recent incidents at our global school in

India. After a very turbulent term in 2013 without principal there is a growing concern that such

situation would repeat itself. The dismissal of the principal Mary Kuhn and a considerable number of

her merited staff has obviously led into a situation that is perceived as highly unstable. Mutual trust

has suffered a lot due to these events. This might have been the reason why the World Foundation

was asked to give assurances with regards to many aspects of the school for example the safety ofthe children and that ISPS will keeps on running according to Shri Matajis benevolent vision.

Naturally we all want ISPS to be that treasure of vibrations and love that we could see beautifully

manifesting for example in the 2014 term. Parents want to send their children to a place where they

are well taken care of and where they should be able to find their own approach to this wonderful

life of being in a continuous state of connection with the all pervading power. It should be a school

where children find the purity and clear atmosphere that would allow them to enjoy their own bliss

which comes to them from inside by the merits of their past lives. Together with their brothers and

sisters they should be able to develop their identification as Yogis and the strength and

understanding to deal with a world which does not care for spirituality, all this without losing neithertheir loving attitude nor their dignity. This is the main reason why parents send their children away

for such a long time to such a remote place and maybe it is the only one.

We have good schools all over the world with globally respected academic degrees and many of

them are free. We need ISPS to deliver a satisfactory academic basis - no doubt, but children are not

going there just for their academics. They can have that aspect covered somewhere else. It is nice to

have a good infrastructure but the more buildings are built the fewer children attend. There is a lot

of good intention from all sides and with a genuine open dialogue we should be able to establish

trust and a sustainable future for ISPS as a light that shines from the Himalayas to enlighten the

world where children and parents feel happy and safe.

We have not achieved this as yet. The World Foundation again offers its full support to the

Board/Society of ISPS to find terms for a sustainable future of ISPS and a benevolent collaboration,

which would ultimately lead us beyond the continuous ups and downs of the last decade. Through

the guidance of Shri Mataji we have established certain standards of transparencywhich are the

basis of our credibility. We cannot go without those standards in any Sahaj institution no matter the

country. The accounts have to be open and transparent at all times and it needs to be very clear to

the sangha who is accountable for decisions. Decisions need to reflect and respect the collective

wisdom to be sustainable. Especially for a global project like ISPS, it seems essential to us to expand

the board with representatives who are professional educationalists and who would be appreciatedby the world Sangha. We are eagerly waiting for a sign of the ISPS board/Society to enter into a

genuinely open dialogue in order to collaborate as brothers and sisters at the Lotus Feet of our Holy

    Mother.

Being worshippers of the same beloved Mother we should not have any doubts that this offer would

find its acceptance. Unfortunately at present circumstances the World Foundation cannot answer the

question with regards to the safety of children or about the future course of ISPS positively.Responsibility for sending the children at present lies entirely in the hands of the parents.

May we at this point also ask the Board/Society of ISPS to kindly share the different answers to

collective parent letters openly with other parents and the WF. It would be very helpful to

anticipate answers to further questions also.

The World Foundation humbly request the ISPS Board to urgently answer the points highlighted and

underlined above on collaboration, financial transparency, accountability for decisions, open

dialogue and the sharing of answers to parents questions.

ISPS has during the years always been a great opportunity to face ourselves and luckily for so many

years Shri Mataji had in person taken care of every little detail. As SHE is now in HER Nirakar Swarupa

it is up to us to live up to the responsibilities that SHE had left to us. We are grateful to everybody

who during the history of ISPS has taken up responsibility and we value each and every contribution

that has been made out of pure heart.

We have all come to our Yoga to experience peace and silence in our heart and mind. This is all that

matters to us, because we want to remain in the realm of reality within the silence of the spirit. We

want to listen to the soothing wind on our heads and feel the subtle bliss flowing down. No noise, no

agendas, no blocking thoughts. We have in this mail offered from our heart ways to come back to

    that state.

May our Dear Mother please bless us all,
