Jotashield Primer is a premium water-based acrylic primer that serves as a foundation for the Jotashield paint system to deliver high performance. It can be used on new and previously painted exterior concrete, masonry, plaster and brickwork. Jotashield Primer seals off the substrate to resists alkaline and moisture attack, while improving the adhesion between the substrate and the topcoat.
