History………………The introduction of retail banking in Bangladesh has led the banking industry to the doorstep of embryonic prospects and potentials. Early 90’s the banks were aggressively pursuing their marketing strategy to take hold of new segments with purpose to discover new opportunities because the tremendous market competition makes the banks feel constantly improve their marketing mix. Thus, offering innovative products and service in the market are remarkably increasing. Consumer loans, is one of the outcomes of this continuous innovation which become a popular concept in Bangladesh as the living standard of people and economic growth are increasing. Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) is the pioneer for introducing this scheme and changes the scenario of the banking industry as a whole. After a period, a few local banks namely Islami Bank, Pubali Bank, Prime Bank etc., introduced same and making this industry more attractive. However with the involvement of both foreign and local banks the competition are on its peak. So only improving the product is not enough to be competitive in the market rather enhancing the service quality is also becoming very important. Considering the situation a few banks had to realize the needs of Business Process Outsource service that actually inspired us to invent JS –CDSL- a 1st generation BPO service company in our county.

Management Team :

Our management team is backed by a group of long experience business professional and of 60 trained executives/ officers. All of them are bearing not less than 10-12 years experience in consumer credit marketing and recovery service. Our key management team is responsible for directing the strategic development of the company and driving new product and partnership opportunities.

Shamsul I. Babor, Chariman, BS and Graduate Diploma in MIS. Completed certificate course in Financial Management, from IBA, Dhaka. Obtained diploma in Effective Business Negotiation from AMBAI, USA. Founder and Chairman of JS Credit Agency- a business process outsourcing company providing micro/consumer credit loan operating program for one of the largest private sector bank in our country. He is the founder director of Investasia Capital & Asset Management Company, licensed by SEC as AMC company.

Engr. Iqbal A. Chowdhury, CEO & managing Director, Graduated in Chemical Engineering from BUET, Fellow of the Institute of Engineering, Bangladesh, Obtained diploma in Management from Romania. Beside, he has also completed mid level management diploma course from Germany. He was Production Manager of Buxly paints Limited during 1977-1978 and thereafter he worked for Muktijoddha Kallyan Trust as Manager. After having Post Graduate diploma from aboard, he started consultancy business in Project management. As CEO of JS Credit he is playing vital role, managing entire operation of Consumer credit scheme ( CLS) scheme of a large private sector bank for last 13 years . He is also Director of Investasia Capital & Asset Management Company.

Aktar Hssain Rubel,, Manager, MA, 12 years experience in business operation, credit monitoring and debt recovery of consumer credit scheme. In JS credit, he is responsible for overall administration and monitoring activity of 31 branches nationwide.

Pinak Das, Masters in management, 10 years experience in business operation, credit monitoring and debt recovery of consumer credit scheme. In JS credit, he is responsible of overall admin and operational activity.

Moniruzzaman, BS, 5 years experience in marketing of consumer and retail making products
