Special Pakistani Dishes پاکستانی کھانے

Kabli pullao(by ABIGAÍL from islamabad)

Ingredients:

Rice ½ kg Mutton chicken ½ kg Onion ½ cup Whole spice 1 tbsp Salt to taste Red chilli 2-3

Yoghurt 1 cup Ginger/garlic 2 tbsp Chopped Oil ½ cup Raisins ¼ cups Chickpeas ½ cup Garam masla 1 tbsp Coriander for garnishing Chopped

Method:Make stock with meat, ginger, garlic. Red chilli, salt, whole spice when meet tenderize keep aside Heat oil, browns the onion and whole garam masala and add yoghurt fry well now add stock with meat, addsalt, add water if require bring to boil. Add rice, cook till, almost done, keep on low flame till rice tenderizeand spread raisins and chickpeas. Serve with coriander and chutney.
