Talent (non-teachable): A naturally recurring pattern of thought, feeling, or behavior that can be productively applied.

Theme (non-teachable): Found in StrengthsQuest. A cluster or group of talents.

Knowledge (teachable): Knowledge is simply “what you are aware of.” Skills (teachable): The capacity to perform the fundamental steps of an

activity. Strength (non-teachable): The ability to provide consistent, near-

perfect performance in a given activity.

Strength = Talent + Knowledge + Skill
