Pharynx cervical esophagus rightside anterolateral portion 1.8x1.4cm diverticulum . esophagus mucosal lesion mass , motility abnormality . GERD .

DefinitionProtruding of esophagus through Killian-Jamieson spaceTriangular area of weakness in cervical esophagus just inferior to cricopharyngeal m.
(1) Superior border: the inferior margin of the cricopharyngeus muscle (2) Anterior border: the inferior margin of the cricoid cartilage (3) Inferomedial border: the suspensory ligament of the esophagus originating from the posterior wall of the cricoid cartilage before it becomes the longitudinal muscle of the esophagus
