Partly working on contract requirements with my prefer vendors which I have good hold. Actively involved in getting the consultants pre- tech screen by the in house trainers. Conducted demos on how to handle vendor and interview calls to the fresher’s. Regular follow ups with vendors on the feedbacks and interviews. Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new clients / vendors to the company. Negotiating rates and getting the best possible rates for consultants. Very good Wrap-up with different Mid-clients and End-Clients for the sourcing wide area requirements to

match exact Consultants.

Sourcing requirements using internal databases, Internet web sites, job postings, referrals, cold calling and networking.

Involved in executing the initial vendor/ master agreements between the companies., Understanding the Purchase Orders and make sure they are executed according to terms and conditions of the organization.
