4.1. Proses Engineering Flow DiagramProses Engineering Flow Diagram (PEFD) merupakan uraian proses dengan menggunakan gambar alat dan perlengkapan lain yang mendekati bentuk sesungguhnya agar dapat dipahami dengan mudah tanpa bantuan uraian proses. PEFD pada pra-rancangan instalasi pengolahan limbah cair RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul disajikan sebagai berikut :

Dilihat dari Tabel 15, kadar pencemar akan mengalami tingkat penurunan setelah melewati unit-unit proses pengolahan, dari nomor 1 yaitu influen sampai nomor 15 yaitu efluen. Direncanakan pada efluen (nomor 15) nilai kadar pencemar berada di bawah baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan yaitu sesuai dengan Baku Mutu Limbah Cair Bagi Kegiatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Peraturan Gubernur Propinsi DIY No : 7 Tahun 2010 (kelas B).
