The all-new NECC National Exhibition and Convention Center

(Shanghai) which will host the 11th AchemAsia means a substantial

upgrade from previous standards. With its convenient location it is

easily accessible through a highly developed transportation net-

work: Just 1.5 km away from Hongqiao Transportation Hub, NECC is

linked to Shanghai’s domestic airport and to the adjacent railway

station via the city’s Metro Line 2. All major cities in the Yangtze

River Delta are a maximum of two hours away by train – and travel

from any sizeable city of the Asia-Pacific region is a matter of less

than three hours flight.

In other words: NECC provides the perfect stage for AchemAsia…

and our graded rental rates make it easy for exhibitors to find the

EXHIBITION SPACE will be allocated to exhibitors on a first-come

first-served basis. Applications are requested prior to January 31,

2019. Until this date, exhibitors can also withdraw their

application free of charge. Applications received be-

fore 1 November 2018 qualify for the early bird rate,

i.e. an additional discount of 5 % on all rental fees.

Once a stand reservation has been confirmed, exhibi-

tors will receive their user ID to order all available services

online, together with a download option for the hall plan and stand

allocation. As funding programmes will be made available in sever-

al countries, it may be advisable to contact the respective authority

(e.g. the Ministry of Commerce) in your country.

PREFERRED CONFERENCE language is English. Please submit your

proposed lecture in the form of a single page abstract (200 kB max.)

via www.achemasia.de/congress and indicate the desired topic.

Deadline for lecture submissions is 30 November 2018.
