• 与现在事实相反的: If I (we, you, he, they)+ 动词过去式 .. if I (he, she) were... I (we) should + 动词原形。 He (you, they) would + 动词原形。

• 与过去事实相反的: If I (we, you, he, they)+ had + 过去分词 I (we) should + have+ 过去分词。 He (you, they) would + have + 过去分词。

• If I were you, I should buy it. 如果我是你,我就买了它。 If I had time, I would study French.

• Mike is always arguing with you. 迈克总是和你争吵。• always 做频度副词时,强调某一动作现阶段经常

发生或在过去某时经常发生,后接动词原形或过去式。而 be always doing sth. 意为“总是做某事”,说话者往往包含有赞赏、厌恶、责备等某种感情色彩。如:Mr. Smith was fed up with their neighbour Misha because he was always borrowing things from him. 史密斯先生对他的邻居米沙非常反感,因为他总是向他借东西。
