LG-B型便拆多级泵是根据我国对高层建筑给排水及国家消防局标准开发的新一代产品，该型泵由于采用了高效节能的优秀水力

模型，因此具有效率高,性能范围广等优点，更好的满足了用户的使用要求。另外，本型泵在结构上采用了立式、分段形式，且

运转安全、平稳、寿命长、占地面积小、安装维修方便。

hydraulic model is excellent high-efficiency and energy-saved, so it features high efficiency, wide performance range. Moreover, the

structure not only is vertical and sectional, but smooth and safe operation, long life, small area and convenient maintenance.

吸排介质的固体不溶物体积不超过体积的0.1%，粒度≤0.2mm

T ≤ ；

介质温度：-15℃<T<+105℃；

泵系统最高工作压力≤2.5Mpa, 即吸入口压力+泵扬程≤2.5Mpa

P ≤2.5Mpa, ≤2.5Mpa；

周围环境的温度 A ：≤40℃；

本型泵是立式多级节段式结构,用螺栓把进水段、中段、出水段紧固成一体，泵每级装有一个叶轮及导叶, 其轴向力采用水力平衡，

残余轴向力由一个或一对球轴承平衡

；

轴封采用特殊设计的机械密封,如需拆卸机械密封时，只需拆下中间夹壳联轴器, 不需拆卸电机, 具有维修方便的优点

Shaft seal adopts the special mechanical seal, if need disassemble it, only disassemble the mechanical seal, not motor, it is easy to maintain；

泵的传动是通过夹壳联轴器由立式电机驱动，从电机端看,泵为顺时针方向旋转

；

泵的吸入口在下方, 出水口在上方，其相对位置根据用户的要求选择0°、90°、180°出厂

° ° ° ；

装配无需调整,拆卸方便；

电机配用Y或Y2电机。

Vertical, multistage, sectional structure, inlet, medium and outlet parts are joined together with bolts. One impeller and one guide vane are

installed in every stage.The axial force is balanced by water power. A ball bearing or a pair of ball bearings can balance the remnant axial force)

The pump is drived by vertical motor through coupling. Viewed from motor end, direction of pump is clockwise

The inlet is below, outlet is on top, the opposit position can be decided by users 0 、90 、180 before leaving factory

Users need not adjust the pump when assemble it,it is easy to disassemble it

The motor is equipped with Y or Y2 motor
