Searched the Official records and the probates of the counties we were doing title in, as well as the surrounding counties if applicable. Conducted lease checks for project areas. I searched through off record documentation, such as, Trust Agreements, Probates, Escrow Instructions, etc. I also cured title when it was necessary to take a lease.
