Trajanje Mobilnosti za študij: od 3 do 12 mesecev

Maksimalno trajanje mobilnosti je 12 mesecev za posamezno študijsko stopnjo. Študent lahko ta čas

izrabi za mobilnosti za namene študija/ prakse / ali oboje.

Starost in zaposlitev nista ovira!


Predpogoj za izvedbo SMS je podpisan bilateralni sporazum z institucijo, na kateri želi študent opravljati izmenjavo (institucija gostiteljica).

Partnerska institucija mora biti nosilka ECHE listine.

Študent ima možnost, da sam stopi v stik s fakulteto na kateri želi opraviti del študijskih obveznosti in pripravi vse potrebno za podpis bilateralnega sporazuma.** dodatne točke v selekcijskem postopku

POMEMBNO!

Preverite vsebino Razpisa ter pogoje za izmenjavo na vaši fakulteti!

Splošni pogoji:

• je državljan Republike Slovenije ali katere koli države, ki sodeluje v programu, ali tuji državljan, ki ima stalno bivališče ali status begunca v eni od sodelujočih držav, ali oseba brez državljanstva v eni od sodelujočih držav;

• je ob prijavi vpisan vsaj v prvi letnik dodiplomskega študija oz. v prvi letnik podiplomskega študija fakultete;

• je bil v postopku izbora izbran za izmenjavo;

• je v času trajanja izmenjave vpisan na fakulteto (ima status** drugače za diplomante);

• za isto vrsto mobilnosti še ni prejel sredstev na drugi visokošolski instituciji.

2. FAZA: Postopek po izboru

1.) Študijski sporazum, oz. t.i. „Learning Agreement“

• Vsi izbrani študenti morajo pred odhodom v tujino izpolniti študijski sporazum.

• Ob pomoči akademskega in Erasmus koordinatorja in informacij o partnerski instituciji študent vpiše v LA predvidene študijske obveznosti, ki naj bi jih opravljal v tujini, in obveznosti na matični instituciji, ki se mu bodo priznale, če bo uspešno opravil obveznosti v tujini.

• Erasmus koordinator lahko napoti študenta, da od nosilca obveznega predmeta, ki naj bi se priznal v okviru izmenjave, pridobi (pozitivno) mnenje k priznanju.

• Študent, ki bo v okviru izmenjave opravljal del zaključne naloge mora vsebino uskladiti z mentorjem zaključne naloge, na instituciji gostiteljici pa si mora poiskati so-mentorja.

6 An "educational component" is a self-contained and formal structured learning experience that features learning outcomes, credits and

forms of assessment. Examples of educational components are: a course, module, seminar, laboratory work, practical work,

preparation/research for a thesis, mobility window or free electives.

7 Course catalogue: detailed, user-friendly and up-to-date information on the institution’s learning environment that should be available to students before the mobility period and throughout their studies to enable them to make the right choices and use their time most efficiently. The information concerns, for example, the qualifications offered, the learning, teaching and assessment procedures, the level of programmes, the individual educational components and the learning resources. The Course Catalogue should include the names of people to contact, with information about how, when and where to contact them.

8 ECTS credits (or equivalent): in countries where the "ECTS" system is not in place, in particular for institutions located in Partner Countries not participating in the Bologna process, "ECTS" needs to be replaced in the relevant tables by the name of the equivalent system that is used, and a web link to an explanation to the system should be added.

Commitment By signing this document, the student, the Sending Institution and the Receiving Institution confirm that they approve the Learning Agreement and that they will comply with all the

arrangements agreed by all parties. Sending and Receiving Institutions undertake to apply all the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education relating to mobility for studies (or the principles agreed in the Inter-Institutional Agreement for institutions located in Partner Countries). The Sending Institution and the student should also commit to what is set out in the

Erasmus+ grant agreement. The Receiving Institution confirms that the educational components listed in Table A are in line with its course catalogue and should be available to the student. The Sending Institution commits to recognise all the credits gained at the Receiving Institution for the successfully completed educational components and to count them towards the student's degree as described in Table B. 2. FAZA: Postopek po izboru

2.) Pogodba o finančni pomoči oz. t.i. „Grant agreement model for Erasmus+ studies and/or traineeships“

Fakulteta po prejemu podpisanega LA in po uspešnem postopku prijave študenta na tuji instituciji pripravi Pogodbo o finančni pomoči.

Pogodba mora biti sklenjena in podpisana pred odhodom študenta na izmenjavo.

• 3. FAZA: Po zaključku izmenjave

POROČILO

Študent je dolžan v 30 dneh po zaključku izmenjave Fakulteti predložiti:

Poročilo o opravljeni Erasmus mobilnosti,

Potrdilo o opravljenih obveznostih in trajanju mobilnosti (točen datum začetka in konca mobilnosti)

Končno poročilo z mobilnosti.

Študent, ki je v okviru izmenjave opravljal del zaključne naloge, mora priložiti tudi potrdilo so-mentorja države gostiteljice, da je izpolnil v bilateralnem sporazumu določene obveznosti.

PRIZNAVANJE KT

Postopek ureja pravilnik o študiju.

• Študentu se priznajo vse KT pridobljene z opravljenimi obveznostmi na partnerski instituciji, bodisi kot obvezni, izbirni ali dodatni predmet. O priznavanju odloča Študijska komisija.

• Študent uveljavlja priznavanje s Prošnjo za priznavanje v tujini opravljenih študijskih obveznosti. Vlogo mora vložiti v 30 dneh po zaključku izmenjave. O vlogi odloča Študijska komisija.

• Če študent uveljavlja priznanje obveznega predmeta, mora Prošnji za priznavanje priložiti tudi učni načrt oz. drug dokument iz katerega so razvidni: ime predmeta, vsebina predmeta, število KT oz. število ur ter nosilec predmeta oz. pozitivno mnenje nosilca obveznega predmeta.

• Študentu se lahko priznajo KT pridobljene pri predmetu, ki je po naslovu enak, vendar po vsebini različen od že opravljenega.

• Študentu se ne priznajo KT pridobljene pri predmetih, ki so po vsebini enaki že opravljenem predmetom oz. pri predmetih, ki niso bili opredeljeni v študijskemu sporazumu oz. v njegovi morebitni kasnejši spremembi.


VPIS OBVEZNOSTI

Po zaključenem postopku priznavanja v primeru izmenjave z namenom študija Referat študentu v indeks vpiše izvirni naslov predmeta, opravljenega v okviru izmenjave, z opombo, da je s tem delno ali v celoti izpolnil obveznosti pri določenem obveznem predmetu ali pridobil KT v okviru izbirnih predmetov, ali kot dodatna obveznost.

Ocena, pridobljena pri opravljenem predmetu na partnerski instituciji, se zgolj prevede v ocenjevalni sistem Fakultete! Spreminjanje ocene ni dovoljeno!

Obdobje mobilnosti in dosežene rezultate se vpiše tudi v Prilogo k diplomi.

• za isto vrsto mobilnosti še ni prejel sredstev na drugi visokošolski instituciji.

Študenti si sami poiščejo podjetje, kjer nameravajo opraviti izmenjavo.

Pri tem jim pomaga Erasmus koordinator.

Višina dotacije SMS / SMP

ERASMUS+ NEPOVRATNA SREDSTVA ZA MOBILNOST

Prejemniku bo v okviru razpoložljivih sredstev odobrena dotacija glede na trajanje mobilnosti in izbrano državo gostiteljico.

Sodelujoče programske države so:

• vse države Evropske unije (EU 28),

• Islandija,

• Lihtenštajn,

• Norveška,

• Makedonija in Turčija.

DODATKI K DOTACIJI:

• Študent lahko zaprosi tudi za dodatek k Erasmus fin.pomoči, ki v letu 2015/16 znaša 80€/mesec, ki ga podeljuje Sklad RS za razvoj kadrov in štipendiranje.

• Dodatek za prakso (višino določi matična institucija)

• Dodatek za študente s posebnimi potrebami

• Drugi dodatki

Pogoj:

-Podpisan bilateralni sporazum s partnersko institucijo,

-Institucija mora biti nosilka ECHE listine (**drugače za prakso!)
