FACTORS FOR SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIP

1.    Agreement that a partnership is necessary. 2.    Respect and trust between different interests. 3.    The leadership of a respected individual or individuals. 4.    Commitment of key interests developed through a clear and open

process. 5.    The development of a shared vision of what might be achieved. 6.    Time to build the partnership. 7.    Shared mandates or agendas. 8.    The development of compatible ways of working, and flexibility. 9.    Good communication10.   Collaborative decision-making11.   Effective organizational management.
