Description
Castro l Magnaglide D68, D150, D220 & D320 are high
performance demulsifyingslideway lubricants based on solvent
refined mineral oil. These contain veryefficient lubricity and
extreme pressure additives for effective control of machinetool
sliding surfaces.
Application
Castro l Magnaglide D68, D150, D220 & D320 is for use on all
horizontal andvertical plastic slideways where a high quality
demulsifying slideway lubricant is
required. Suitable for all types of non coated and coated
commercial plasticslideways, including epoxy resins, PTFE (Turcite)
and PTFE (Teflon). Approved bynumerous machine tool builders –

Although primarily designed for plastic slidways,
Magnaglide D68, D150, D220 &D320 give exceptionally good
metal-to-metal lubrication and can therefore berecommended for
conventional slideways wherever a demulsifying slidewaylubricant is
required.

Health, Safety Environment
Castro l Magnaglide D68, D150, D220 & D 320 are classified
as hazardous. In linewith safe handling practices, it is
recommended that the handling instructionsoutlined in the Castrol
Material Safety Data Sheet be followed.
Spillage: SMALL – 20 litres or lessSoak up on Castrol
Diatomaceous Earth or similar inert oil
absorbent. Arrange for disposal through an approved
facility.LARGE – greater than 20 litresRemove all sources of
ignition. Increase ventilation. Evacuate allunnecessary personnel.
Wear full protective equipment and clothingto minimise exposure. If
possible contain the spill. Place inertabsorbent material such as
vermiculite, sand or dirt onto spillage.Use clean non-sparking
tools to collect the material and place into asuitable labelled
container. Do not dilute material but contain. If largequantities
of this material enter the waterways contact theEnvironmental
Protection Authority, or your local WasteManagement Authority.
Disposal: Oils must not be allowed to enter ground water,
water courses,sewerage or drainage systems. Refer to local waste
disposalauthority for legal requirements.
