Summary: The scope of the project is to analyze the IFS (Inner Fixed Shroud) components and followed by

extraction of loads from FEM, triggering stage 1-3 Runs using AWK scripts, preparing necessary scripts for RF Runs, preparing MathCAD according to methodology with critical loads, formatting as per customer requirement and updating of comments after HEC check and delivering the files. A s of part of documentation Strength Summaries and Stress Dossiers are developed in line with Airbus Standards.

Project #2 A400M Spar – Concessions and FEM Book Preparation

Responsibilities Concessions Preparation for A400M-Spar

Summary: The scope of the project is to analyze the repairs like delaminating, oversize of bolt hole and

providing solution to it. As of part of documentation, concession reports are developed in line with Airbus Standards.

FEM Book preparation is to validate the FE models (Static, Dynamic and Elasto-thermal Validation). As a part of documentation a detailed report of the FEM is developed in line with the Airbus Standards.

Project #3 A350 Rear Spar – Metallic Bonded NetworkClient GKN Aerospace Services, UKSoftware used MSC Patran, MSC Nastran, MS-OfficeResponsibilities Static Stress and F & DT Analysis(Life Estimation)

Summary: The scope of the project is to prepare the stress substantiation for Static and Fatigue life estimation

of Metallic Bonding Network strips. The detail FE Modeling of the Strips is prepared for Static stress analysis to estimate the max stress. The max stress is used for the static stress calculations and as well for the fatigue life calculation. The lightning strike effects are used for the max temperature case calculation.

Project #4 Cyclic symmetric analysis of Engine Fan Blisk.Client Honda Jet, Japan

Software used Hypermesh, MSC Patran, MSC Nastran

Responsibilities FEM Model generation and Modal analysis with pre-stress and without pre-stress

Summary: The scope of the project is to do 3D Tet mesh on a single sector of Engine Fan Blisk carried out by

modal analysis (with and without pre-stress) in MSC NASTRAN and MSC PATRAN. Campbell diagram was generated to know the critical speeds.

Project #5A350XWB-900 Wingbox to Winglet Static Interface Load Reports and Stress Dossier Preparation

Client FACC,UKSoftware used MSC Patran, MSC Nastran, MS Office, ISAMI Accelerator.

ResponsibilitiesStatic Interface Loads Extraction and preparing Stress Dossier reports for the interface Components.

Summary: The scope of the project is to extract the Interface loads between Wingbox to Wingtip and Wingtip

to Winglet interfaces by using ISAMI Accelerator, and preparing the Interface load reports. Static

Strength check is done for the interface components by using these interface loads and stress dossier reports are prepared.

Client GE, BangaloreSoftware used MSC Patran, MSC Nastran, MS Office, ISAMI 7.2.2.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the Droop Hinge Ribs critical locations and preparing Stress Dossier reports.

The scope of the project to analyze the Droop Hinge Ribs critical locations (Fillets, System bracket holes, Droop Rib to Gear Beam attachment), Upper/lower Panel strut Support Brackets, Lateral Sup -port strut Brackets, Baffle Plate & GBM system F&DT Analysis using ISAMI 7.2.2, Writing Certification Stress Report.
