Vorupør, tähän kuuluu myös rannalla vieressä oleva pieni alamajakka. Kun ne ovat linjassa, ollaan oikealla vesiväylällä.

1894. Active; focal plane 30 m (98 ft); red light, 2 s on, 2 s off. 9 m (30 ft) square wood tower, painted with red and white horizontal bands. The light was originally shown through a window, but a semicircular lantern has now been attached to the windowframe, and an external ladder has been added to provide access to the modern lantern. The Vorupør lights apparently have been moved several times to track changes in the entrance channel. Located 80 m (260 ft) southeast of the front light in Nørre Vorupør. Site open, tower closed.

Hanstholm, avoinna klo 8-auringonlaskuun. 1843 (substantially rebuilt 1889). Lighthouse painted white; lantern roof painted red. Hanstholm Fyr is one of Denmark's most important lights, since it marks the southern entrance to the Skagerrak, the broad strait separating Denmark and Norway and leading to the Baltic Sea. The lighthouse had to be built twice, because a mixup in the specifications left the first tower inadequate to support the lens. The tower was raised in height in 1889, when the present first-order lantern was installed. In 1979 the light station was sold to Hanstholm Kommune and the Viborg Regional Authority, although FRV reserves the right of access to the tower and stations a resident caretaker on the property. The buildings house a museum of regional history. Located on the Tårnvej in Hanstholm, about 400 m (1/4 mi) southeast of the waterfront. Site open, museum and tower open Saturdays and Sundays year round.

Several 1-1/2 story keeper's houses, now in ruinsThis lighthouse was abandoned when high sand dunes began encroaching on the station. The dunes have now migrated through the station and the buildings are emerging onto the beach. Clearly the lighthouse and all the other structures are endangered by continuing erosion and the rise in sea level. Located on the beach about halfway between Nørre Rudbjerg and Lønstrup. Accessible by a road from the Rudbjergvej.

Skagen White lighthouse 1747. Inactive since 1858. 21 m (69 ft) octagonal brick tower with gallery; lantern removed. Lighthouse painted white, gallery black. This historic lighthouse appears to be very well preserved. Located at the intersection of the Fyvej and the Batterivej on the northeast side of the town of Skagen, about 1.6 km (1 mi) southwest of the 1858 lighthouse. Site open, tower closed.

Skagen, Grey lighthouse, 10-16 1858 (station established 1747). Active; focal plane 44 m (144 ft); white flash every 4 s. 46 m (151 ft) round brick tower with lantern and gallery, attached by a covered passageway to a large 2-story keeper's house. The lighthouse is unpainted; lantern dome is gray metallic; keeper's house and other buildings painted bright yellow. Marking the entrance to the Baltic Sea, this is probably Denmark's best known lighthouse. When it was built, it was about equally distant from the Kattegat to the southeast and the Skagerrak to the northwest. However, the land has shifted steadily northwestward over the past 150 years, and the lighthouse is now perilously close to the Kattegat, A series of groins has been built to slow the erosion. Located on the northeast side of the town of Skagen. Site open; tower open Monday through Friday from early April through the end of August and on a variable schedule the rest of the year (inquire locally).

Lighthouse painted white; lantern roof is green metallic. This light replaced the former Højen lighthouse (1892); that light, located 2.5 km (1.5 mi) to the west, was about to be destroyed by beach erosion. The tower is unpainted; lantern painted red. 1-1/2 story keeper's house and other light station buildings. Larry Myhre's photo is at right, This seems to be one of the least well known major lighthouses of Denmark. Fornæs is the easternmost point of Jylland, at the end of the Djurs peninsula. The lighthouse was automated in 1948, but the keeper's house remains in use as a Coast Guard station.
