Director• Cast the production• Plan the rehearsals• Guide the actors in their work during rehearsals.• Assesses and analyzes every aspect of the script: plot,

character, mood, rhythm, style—both literary and theatrical.

• Executes and interprets the artistic components of the show and communicates the artistic vision to the designers and all other departments.

Dance Choreographer• Choreograph dances and work with dancers

Music Composer• Have a passion for writing music• Eager to have an experience of performing your own

piece of work

The Publicity Team• Ticketing• Setting up of photoshoot• Promotion of production to Imperial

community and other UK schools• Advertising through social media• Designing of posters and promotional flyers

The Photography Team• Have a passion in photography• Capture the memorable journey of

The Videography Team• Have a passion in videography• Develop a publicity video for the production

The Make-up Team

• Collaborates with director on establishing a make-up/hair design.

• During the production run works with the actors to apply make-up and complete hair styling.

The Props Team

• SET DESIGNER• Collaborates with the director to create a set which will

communicate the mood and feel of the production• CARPENTER• Interprets the set designer’s drawing into the reality of

a set and builds the scenic elements• Suggests the style and tone of the whole production• Creates mood and atmosphere• Develops props required for the performance and

costumes for the actors

The Backstage Team

• Coordinates the work of the stage crew• Calls cues and actors' entrances during performance• Oversees the entire show each time it is performed• Mark out the dimensions of the set on the floor of

the rehearsal hall

The Lights and Sound Team

• Collaborate with the director to establish the lighting design for the show, sound effects, soundscapes, ambient music that will run during the show.

• Ensure transitions and sound effects are done on cue.
