Key Responsibilities:

Broadcasting and Webcasting, up linking & down linking of Live Events for Channel group on various Satellites i.e. INSAT 4A, INSAT 3A, INSAT 4CR, INTELSAT 20, INTELSAT 902, ASIASAT5 & NSS12 etc.

OB OPERATION AND MAINTAINANCE Maintain the power of carrier signal of various satellites & monitor the power level. Skilled Knowledge of Equipments used in Satellite communication such as Antennas, Waveguides, Encoders,

Up- converters , HPA, Spectrum Analyzer, LNA & LNB, Decoders, Satellite Modems. End to End NOC support for Teleport Infrastructure & Operations. Installation, Operation and troubleshooting of broadcasting equipment's like Encoder, Decoder, Modulator &

Up Converter. Good understanding of different measurement equipments used in broadcasting like Spectrum Analyzer, Wave

form monitor, Signal generator and Stream Analyzer. Working knowledge of Antenna installations for both Uplink and Downlink chain. Equipment restoration and schedule backup on regular basis. Good knowledge of baseband signals and video format. Control video signal processing, routing, compression, encoding, multiplexing, modulating and up-linking to the

satellite. Encoder management and configuration. Compressing and scrambling the Program content, integrating the Conditional Access information.  Understanding of MPEG 2 & MPEG 4 encoding, encryption, decryption and multicasting. Addition, Deletion and Swapping of services as per the requirement.  Handling the loggers and to ensure the smooth recording of all the channels via Volicon server,vlogger.

Hand-On-Experience:

Hand-On-Experience of Almost of Those Equipment which is used in a Teleport Having Knowledge of DVB-S and DVB-S2 Technology. Having knowledge of Broadcasting and RF Equipment like IRD Tandberg ( Rx 1290 and 8200),

Harmonic ( Proview 7000 ) and Scopus( 2900).

` MPEG-2&MPEG-4 Encoder Harmonic (5410) and Encoder cum Modulator i.e. E5714, 8040 of

Tandberg/Ericsson and UE9000, 1710, 1720 of Scopus. Modulator of RADYNE DM240XR. SSPA and HPA of CPI, XICOM and VERTEX Up converter of Com tech UT- 4504, and RADYNE SFC 6400A.
