Company Overview

Maple Palace is a hotel management and development company in China. It

currently operates seven hotels in China, mainly in World Heritage sites or major

tourist cities. It also has many boutique hotels and resorts projects in the pipeline.

The hotel development company was established in 2003, one of the oldest privately

owned hotel focused development company in China, the first one in Yunnan. The

company plans to invest and develop projects that are either in historical ancient

cities or scenic regions of China and Southeast Asia.

The hotel management company was established in 2005 by a Canadian Chinese

who had great passion for the hospitality industry and envisioned to bring the local

tradition and culture to the world travelers. The management company focuses on

managing three types of hotels and resorts: conference hotels with over 140 rooms,

boutique cultural focused hotels with less than 100 rooms, and luxury resorts.
