Development and implementation of business strategy Act as primary on-site manager for execution teams on assigned project Design and develop project schedules; labour and material cost forecasts and proposals to

Key Achievement: 2010 - SA NECA Excellence Award for the Air Warfare Destroyer Alliance project Key Projects: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Upgrade, Woodville $500K project for the upgrading of the High Voltage infrastructure of the hospital. The project is a part of the development plan for two new buildings, that provides a new mental health and ages care facility. Hardened & Networked Army (HNA), Edinburgh $3.6M Defence project for the 1st Brigade. The project will provide permanent working accommodation for a mechanised infantry battalion, artillery, engineer and combat services support sub units, infrastructure and replacement common user facilities, mess facilities and vehicle support to meet both Army and RAAF requirements. Flinders Ports Zinc Concentrate Storage Facility, Osborne $750K Design & Construct of a Zinc bulk storage facility and infrastructure upgrade $6m, 2,500 square metre shed capable of storing 15,000-20,000 tonnes of zinc concentrate. Channel 7, Hindmarsh $1.1M State of the art Channel 7 studio and office building adjacent Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Installation of the latest broadcasting technology and filming equipment. Total project value $10M. Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Walkerville $700K Builder / Project Manager for a Parallel Generator and Main Switchboard upgrade (infrastructure upgrade for the building) while maintaining operation of ABC. Air Warfare Destroyer (AWD) Alliance, Osborne $7M State of the art facility will be advantaged by the use of Techport Australia's Common User Facility, including access to Australia's largest ship lift, wharf and transfer area, which included 9 new and refurbished buildings. Total project value $120M.
