InvoicesPlease call within 15 days o receipt o shipment to resolve any

invoicing discrepancies.

Returns and AllowancesNo merchandise will be accepted or return or credit unless priorwritten approval is obtained. Returned merchandise must be o recentsale (6 months), in restockable/resalable quality, size, and condition.

A minimum 30% charge plus reight charges will be made or returns.Material that is not in standard stock sizes, is made to special order,

Freight Terms : All orders are F.O.B. actory. For NET orders o $1000.00 or more,reight will be prepaid in the continental U.S. or shipment the most

economical way. For shipments to Hawaii on NET orders o $1350.00 ormore, reight will be prepaid the most economical way. A reightallowance o $13/cwt will apply on shipments to Canada, Alaska, orPuerto Rico or NET orders o $1100.00 or more. All shipments thatexceed 108" in packaged length must be shipped LTL. Add 4" to thelength o the product or fnish package length. Minimum reight onthese orders is $120.

Crating Charges/ Special Packaging $50.00 NET. This will be added to any order not meeting prepaid reight

where the product is over 10 eet in length.

Minimum Order Level A surcharge o $7.50 NET will be added to NET orders less than $50.00.

Claims for Shortage orDamage in Transit All claims must be made within ten (10) days o receipt o goods.
