KREATIVE KLAN // MARMORE Press Release

Marmore is a band formed in March 2013, by three lifetime friends. Their story is pretty simple, they basically played together their whole life, more than 10 years spent playing in different bands, such as the unforgettable experience of the London-based Crashing Foreign Cars. After a few years spent in the UK they’re forced to take some time off, before deciding to start again as a progressive-insturmental band.

The truth is Kreative Klan knows these guys for a long time… Salvo (gtr) is one of the main producers at Kreative Klan Studio. He lived in London forever, playing in many bands. His last project was (and still is) ViaHeart, RockPopCore band From London, formed in March 2012 and self-releasing an Ep called Prescriptions (you can download it for free on soundcloud…).

Then there is Antonio (bass), who is the main A&R manager at Kreative Klan. He takes care of selecting bands in english/spanish speaking countries… After his London period he flew to Fuerteventura, faking some surf passion and picking up girls for 2 or 3 years… And he is an amazing bass player, the most precise and heartful

musician we ever had the chance to work with. Finally there’s Francesco (drums), former Crashing Foreign Cars drummer, joining Lora when back in Italy (postpunk band from Turin) and Tutti i Colori del Buio while managing an underground music Promotion Agency, based in Turin (I-Denti de#a Vecchia).

That should be enough to present these guys. After all this history comes their Marmore (relatively new) music project. The most exciting we could hope for in KK team. They released an EP, recorded at the legendary Livingstone Studios in London and mixed and mastered at Kreative Klan Studio. 4 instrumental songs, yes exactly, no vocals. A 2014 progressive experiment which is something no-one ever did this way here at kk. Released last April and on tour around Europe right now.

Kreative Klan is very proud to present this sort of insider record project. A story of talent and passion for music which never ended for 10 years. A magic mixture of DIY approach and professional care for the details. This is MARMORE. And this is our new direction…
