Origin of RDX
• Dasira Narada
• Realization of cosmic energy vibration in the body & chakras can be activated through Chakra opening – form RDX
• Born in 1849 and passed away in 1924
• Graduated with Doctorate of Philosophy
• Worked in Government Sector and retired in 1906
The Theory of RDX
• The human body is like a small universe with energy, if this small universe can interact with the energy in the big universe and open the seven main Chakras in the body, the universe energy can be transformed into human body energy via the continuous interaction between the energy and magnetic field of the universe and the human body.
• After the Chakras are opened, universe energy will be naturally leads into the body and help to discharge the bad energy from the body and hence restore the body to a healthy level. It not only can help to maintain healthiness but also able to heal others.
The criteria to practice RDX
• Must be 14 years old and above.
• Not related to any religion or politics. Can be practiced by anyone.
• No conflicts with other forms of healing, qigong, etc..
• No constraint for pregnant ladies or ladies during their “period” to practice RDX.
• Suitable for people with illnesses or poor health to practice RDX.

Meditation Techniques
1. Step 1
a. Relax the body b. Comfortable posture c. Eyes focus on one point in front d. Breathe in slowly through the nose and fill the lungs with air e. When filled, breathe out gradually through the mouth f. Repeat (4) & (5) five times consecutively g. Close the eyes slowly and proceed to Step 2
2. Step 2
a. With eyes closed, and a calm mind, put the hands on the laps with both palms facing up
b. Resume normal breathing and keep mind “blank” (no other thoughts)
3. Step 3
a. Open the eyes slowly
b. Repeat Step 1 by breathing deeply for 5 times consecutively
c. Meditation is now completed
4. Meditation should be practiced at least once in the morning and once in the night. The
more you practices the better it is. Each meditation session should be at least 15 mins.
5. Meditation Postures
a. Full Lotus Pose b. Half Lotus Pose c. Crossed Legged Pose d. Sitting on the chair e. Lying or standing Pose

6. Things to note for meditation
a. Closed your eyes, don’t think of anything and relax.
b. Softly close your lips and brief naturally through the nose.
c. Placed the tongue gently behind the upper row of teeth to stimulate the generation of saliva. Swallow the saliva slowly.
d. Focus on own’s breathing. Do not be distracted by surrounding noise. Breathing should be gentle and the longer the better.
e. The place for meditation should have good air-circulation, avoid wind from blowing directly on to you especially on the “yu zhen” acupuncture point and the knees area. Protect these areas with a blanket.
f. Refrain from meditation when one is too full or too hungry.
i. Too full – difficulties in digestion
ii. Too hungry – difficult to concentrate
g. For beginners, do not be overly ambitious. Try with 5-10 minutes, and increase the duration over time
h. Belts & underwear must not be too tight.
i. Area for meditation should not be too bright or too dark.
i. Too bright – increase anxiety levels
ii. Too dark - may doze off
j. Withdraw the lower jaw gently towards the body so that the lower jaw will exert a small pressure on the main artery to reduce the speed of the blood circulation to the brain and hence preventing you from thinking too much.
k. Put on a smile and do not frown.
7. Tips for meditation
a. Count from 1 to 5, then 5 to 1 slowly during the breathing process OR b. Chant your prayers silently based on your own religious beliefs OR c. Recite your own name

Discharging Residual Energies
Rub both palms together and bring both hands to top of head & gently direct the flow of the energies from head downwards to the ground.

Basic techniques in healing
Clear Through (通)
Place one hand in front of the body & the other hand behind the body, move both hands forward or backward
OR
Place one hands on left side of the body and other on the right side of the body, move both hands leftward and rightward
Sweep along action (顺)
Placing both hands from the top part of the ailment area or from the head, proceed to sweep downwards gracefully.
Grasp action (抓)
Grasp the residual energies from the body with your hand in a circular motion & dispel the energies away gracefully from the body to the ground
Flick action (弹)
Should the healer feel a tingling or numbed sensation on hands during healing session, put both hands downwards and flick the fingers to dispel residual energies to the ground.

Things to note during healing
1. No healing within 4 hours after alcohol consumption.
2. A waiting period of 6 hours in between two chakra healing sessions within the same day. No limit for “hot compress”.
3. Meditate before healing session. Request patient to breathe in deeply 3 times & to relax before healing.
4. Stop healing and check your body posture if your hands or arms feel numbness or uncomfortable. If the cause is not due to body posture then perform the “Sweep along” and “Flick” action to dispel the residue energies.
5. Normal for patient to feel warm or to experience a tingling sensation or numbness.
6. Silence should be observed during healing session.
7. For High Blood pressure patient, healing start with C7 & C4, then followed by the rest of the chakras. For Low Blood pressure patient, healing start with C3 & C2, then followed by the rest of the chakras.
8. Healing can also be administered for plants and animals.
9. Both healers & patients must drink more water (no iced/chilled water).
10. You can don’t do healing for people if you don’t feel well. Do more mediation or go to the healing station to get the other RDX volunteers to heal you.
11. Do not accept any rewards in kind or in cash for healing.
12. For chakras’ healing, place your hands lightly on the chakras for < 15 minutes at each chakra.
13. Stay focus during healing.
14. Remember to perform “sweep along”, “clear through” and “Grasp” actions on the patient during healing and also to do meditation to get rid of the residue energy after each healing session.
