The purpose of this study is to find the composite method of ordinary facilities which have reflected the way appeared in each section of

contemporary society and been suitable for the substantial demands of managers and users.

The meaning of the established terminologies can not precisely analyze the composite cases, therefore; instead of the terminology, the standard tables and the locational codes are developed as the presentations of such cases.

The aspects and differences of the composite methods are extracted with locating the concrete cases, which show the composite methods of the contemporary society, on the tables for the encoding. confused and imprecise analyze such as 'composited', Differing to the

only show the differences between the composite methods but also be the first step to solve the problems existing in the new and other composite

methods which have not been discovered in the chaos. The new composite methods of buildings have been groped for this.

In architecture, if the function is considered as the composite unit, the unit functions and the buildings composited functions are different to the character of managers, users and architects. In this study, the composite methods are

divided as the intended method in the architects theory and the spontaneous method in ordinary buildings.

Both composite methods are reasonable, but the former have not solved the practical demands shown in the latter. The composite method reflected

the society changes are required in the both.

After analyzing the problems and the demands, this study have tried to find the satisfying composite methods in the mixed use buildings in contemporary city life. These methods are 'weak boundary', 'exchange', 'brand&sub brand', 'elimination and exposure' and 'rearrangement and recompounding'.
