Next Step Initiation & Tracking Here’s the plan of Post-Training tracking: Post - Training Survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/N5R J9LB 1 month after catch up: Alignment for the prioritized points application and feedbacks 3 months after catch up: Success Case Sharing, collect the real cases from participants and encourage participants shared some key learning points with their associates. Facilitators are open to involve any meeting or activities and give casual feedbacks or debriefs. “Stay in touch? LINE each other” Thanks for the creative idea from our group and we’re so proud to say “this group is NOT ONLY professional but also cool and efficient.” We already set up the group account on LINE, and then all of us could join the group and share anywhere, any when, anything... Try something new for learning effectiveness and networks... Great Job to Everyone! MDS/TPO
