MLS® & TechnologyShared MLS® database – members receive computer access to the shared regional MLS® database, on-going training and help desk support

Members-only comprehensive real estate network through Fusion (fusion.starrs.ca or rahb.starrs.ca)

Wireless MLS® - access MLS® data from your mobile device (wireless.rahb.ca)

CONNECT - gives you access to current listing and sales data plus two years of residential and four years commercial historical data from 25 Ontario real estate associations. CONNECT has property information from over 94 per cent of MLS®

transactions in the province (connect.rahb.ca)

Broker Load – Brokers of Record/Managers can allow members in their offices to broker load listings and/or sales

MPAC and GeoWarehouse® - a web-based interface that delivers assessment and property data in a convenient and concise report format (link from Fusion SmartLink)

RAHB Membership meetings – come out to a membership meeting to learn about RAHB business, have a chance to share your opinions and vote on issues. There are different kinds of meetings at different times of the year: the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in March, the Annual Election Meeting (AEM) is held in November or December and General Membership Meetings (GMMs) are held as needed Town Hall Meetings – a more informal meeting to learn what’s new at RAHB and participate in informal discussion.
