Uponor Heizkörperanschlussblock MLC, 16 x 2 in einer Dämmbox mit abnehmbarer Schutzkappe (WLG 040). Dämmbox schwerent-flammbar, B1 nach DIN 4102. Einbautiefe 50 mm, passend für alle gängigen Ventilheizkörper. Rohr-mittenabstand vertikal 215 mm. Abstand Unterkante Heizkörperan-schlussblock bis Mitte Heizkörper-anschluss 240 mm.Maße der Dämmbox (H x B x T): 260 x 105 x 50 mm

Uponor Heizkörperanschlussbox MLC in der Rohbauphase in die er-stellte Maueraussparung einsetzen und mit Montageschaum fixieren. (Dämmungsaufbauhöhe im Fuß-boden beachten). Aufbringen des Wandputzes.

Schutzkappe der Uponor Heizkör-peranschlussbox MLC abziehen und mit z. B. einer Kupplung 16 x 14, 16 x 16, 16 x 18 oder 16 x 20 mm verpressen. Einbringen des Rand-dämmstreifens.

Heizungsvorlauf und -rücklauf anschließen und die Druckprüfung vornehmen. Das vorgebogene Uponor Unipipe MLC Rohr dient als Kurzschlussstrecke.

Heizkörper montieren und das nach Uponor Montageanleitung abgelängte und entgratete Uponor Unipipe MLC Rohr an das Heizkör-perventil anschließen.

Einbringen der Dämmung für Rohr und Estrich gemäß den anerkannten Regeln der Technik.(Das vorgebogene Uponor Unipipe MLC Rohr hat einen Rohrmittenab-stand von 50 mm.)

Durchführen der Estrich-, Maler- und Fliesenarbeiten.

Uponor MLC radiator connection unit

Packaging unit: Insulation box made of polystyrene with removable protective cap and radiator connection bend made of UNIPIPE 16 x 2 mm.Installation depth 50 mm.

Insert the radiator connection unit, during construction, into the recess and secure in place with fixing foam. (Note the height of the floor insulation). Apply wall plaster.

Remove protective cap from the Uponor MLC radiator connection unit and press with e.g. a coupling of 16 x 14, 16 x 16, 16 x 18 or 16 x 20 mm. Fit the edging strip.

Connect the heating-system to the supply and return and carry out the pressure test. The ready-bent piece of Uponor Unipipe MLC pipe serves as short-circuit section.

Install the radiators and connect to the Uponor Unipipe MLC pipe that has been cut to length and bevelled according to Uponor installation instructions.

Fit the insulation for pipe and screed according to the state-of-the-art technology. (The ready-bent section of Uponor Unipipe MLC pipe has a pipe-centre clearance of 50 mm.)

Carry out screed-laying, painting and tiling.
