CT STUDY OF HEAD

Infratentorial

Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.

Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.

Supratentorial

Both the cerebral hemisphere show normal gray and white matter differentiation.

No subdural or extradural collection is seen.

Basal cisterns are seen normally.

Third and both lateral ventricles are seen normally.

No midline shift is seen.

Bony architecture Fracture right nasal bone is seen with soft tissue swelling.. OPINION:

FRACTURE RIGHT NASAL BONE.NO POST TRAUMATIC INTRACRANIAL BLEED IS SEEN.( DR. RAJESH SHARMA, MD )
