- ITA - La batteria svecciatoi è

essenzialmente costituita da un cilindro rotante in lamiera d'acciaio,

con superfici interne alveolate a tasche e da un trogolo a conca

mobile, con coclea per la raccolta e l'espulsione del prodotto sollevato

dagli alveoli. Appena entrato nel cilindro, il grano

viene in contatto con la superficie alveolata, che però lo rifiuta, essendo più lungo del diametro degli alveoli

nei quali invece trovano alloggiamento la veccia e i semi

tondi. I semi tondi, sollevati dagli alveoli

fino ad una certa altezza, cadono per gravità nella conca, da dove vengono convogliati verso l'uscita dalla coclea

sopra menzionata. Successivamente, il cereale prosegue

in un cilindro successivo con una diversa forma di alveoli che permette

in questo caso di separare con lo stesso metodo l'avena dal grano.

Anche in questo caso, i rischi specifici connessi sono legati

principalmente agli attriti che tra le parti mobili e le parti fisse che

possono determinare surriscaldamenti localizzati, scintille di origine meccanica e caricamento

elettrostatico. A fronte di questa tipologia di rischi, la norma EN 13463-1/4/5 prevede

che tali eventi siano altamente improbabili per velocità periferiche

inferiori a 1 m/s e potenze inferiori a 4 kW, inoltre bisogna prevedere un collegamento di messa a terra della

macchina per eliminare l'accumulo di cariche elettrostatiche ed un piano di manutenzione per la sostituzione dei

cuscinetti ad 1/3 della vita utile consigliata per gli stessi.

- ENG - The Indent Cylinder Separators is

essentially constituted by a rotating cylinder made of sheet steel, with

internal alveolar surfaces like pockets and a movable basin trough,

with a screw conveyor for the collection and the expulsion of the product raised from the alveolus.

Just entering the cylinder, the grain is in contact with the dimpled

surface, which, however, rejects him, being longer than the diameter of the alveolus in which instead are housed vetch and round seeds.

The round seeds, raised up from the alveolus to a certain height, fall by gravity into the basin, from where they are conveyed to the exit by means of the cochlea mentioned

above. Subsequently, the cereal continues in a next cylinder with a different

form of alveoli which allows, in this case, the separation the wheat from

oats with the same method. Even in this case, the specific risks associated are mainly related to the friction between the moving parts and the fixed parts that can cause localized overheating, mechanical sparks and electrostatic charging. Against this type of risk, the norm EN 13463-1/4/5 provides that such

events are highly unlikely for peripheral speeds of less than 1 m/s

and powers lower than 4 kW, you also have to provide a grounding

connection of the machine to eliminate the electrostatic charge accumulation and a maintenance plan for the replacement of the bearings to 1/3 of the useful life

recommended for them.

-FR- La batterie de trieur est

essentiellement constituée par un cylindre rotatif en tôle d'acier, avec

des surfaces internes alvéolée à poches et un abreuvoir à bassin

mobile, avec un convoyeur à vis pour la collecte et l'expulsion du produit

soulevé des alvéoles. Le grain est en contact avec la surface alvéolée des qu’il vient

d'entrer dans le cylindre, qui toutefois le rejette, étant plus long que le

diamètre des alvéoles dans lesquelles sont logés les graines ronds et le

vesce. Les graines ronds, soulevés des

alvéoles jusqu'à une certaine hauteur, tombent par gravité dans le bassin, d'où ils sont acheminés vers la sortie du convoyeur mentionné ci-dessus.

Par la suite, la céréale poursuit dans un prochain cylindre avec une forme différente d'alvéoles qui permet, dans ce cas, de séparer le blé de l'avoine

par la même méthode. Dans ce cas aussi, les risques

spécifiques associés sont principalement liés à la friction entre les pièces mobiles et les parties fixes qui peuvent causer une surchauffe, des étincelles mécaniques localisées

et des charges électrostatiques. Face à ce type de risque, la norme EN 13463-1/4/5 prévoit que de tels

événements soient très peu probable pour des vitesses périphériques

inférieures à 1 m/s et des puissances inférieures à 4 kW, en plus, il doit exister une connexion de mise à la terre de la machine afin d'éliminer

l'accumulation de charges électrostatiques et un plan de

maintenance pour le remplacement des roulements à 1/3 de la durée de

vie utile recommandée pour eux.
